However, all the food options are non-vegetarian, so if you're vegetarian, I wouldn't recommend it for food since there aren't any vegetarian choices available. That said, the bar is absolutely awesome. The interior looks amazing, and the staff working there were very nice and sweet. A young guy helped me out and was really friendly. I ordered a fun and creative drink made with cranberry and vodka--it was served in a blood-bag-style pouch! It sounds funny, but it was actually really cool and unique. Overall, the place is highly recommended for hanging out. It has both indoor and outdoor seating, live music that was really good, and a very friendly crowd. I even saw families with kids, probably because of the food truck setup. They also have fire pits outside, which makes sitting outdoors even better, especially in cooler weather. It's a food trunk, there are some tents set up in front of the truck, with a few outdoors games to play. My smoked sausage was perfect. Nice amount of smoke and the beans were nice and sweet too. But the texture of the fried ribs was kinda, sorta, maybe, somewhat... awful. Because rib meat is so tough to begin with, they need that long cook at low temperatures. That's why with slow-cooked ribs (if done right), the meat is tender enough that it can be pulled off the bone (with relative ease). These ribs though, they were cooked too quickly (you know, because of the frying) at too high a temperature (you know, because of the frying), and what I was trying to eat was... shoe leather. The one meat I suggest avoiding, carnitas was dripping wet soggy, texture clumpy, flavor again lacking. Barbacoa was dripping less but had similar issues. Tortillas thin and processed, too oily. Overall tacos were not terrible for a dollar, but they could do better.
