It's a food trunk, there are some tents set up in front of the truck, with a few outdoors games to play. My smoked sausage was perfect. Nice amount of smoke and the beans were nice and sweet too. The pulled chicken was delicious according to my nephew. Here is a picture of the caramel apple slices they offer. The Oreo cheesecake cup look good too! Honestly, they completely blew me away with how unique the menu is. I ordered the Original which comes on this amazing, fluffy homemade fry bread, and it is a total game changer for BBQ. The pulled pork was incredibly juicy and the glaze had the perfect amount of sweetness to balance out the cool slaw.
