Only Wolfies...a place I will continue to go to despite being blamed by management for various things. Yah, like many times. Several times hair in my food that was blamed on my wife and I by management (I dont have long brown hair and my wife's hair is strawyberry blonde) haha...several times that has happened. Best one was the hair + waitress didn't wash hands in restroom and management blamed us for that too. Yeah...but the crawfish are the best and when its in season you can find my wife and I crushing St Arnold Amber and Karbach Hopadillos along with. Will continue going and continue giving that generous smile to management just because! Crawfish season has begun for 2012. We went in today and were served a beautiful portion of (but albeit some small) crawfish. Seasoned to perfection, the corn was very spicy and cooked perfectly. Fortunately for us they also had double bloody mary's for $3.95 and which made our Sunday complete with good food (oysters were very fresh and a good size) and reasonably priced beverages. We had great service today since their were very few patrons at 11:30 am . We tried Blue Water on FM2920 last week and were not impressed with their crawfish or seasoning. Next week, we try another crawfish establishment until the season is over. read more

We've been coming to Wolfies for years and have always enjoyed the food and service. The staff and service here are always delightful. We always look for 1 particular server, Sierra. She's knowledge, attentive and so pleasant to be around. She always has a smile on her face and a great personality. My husband loves her because he never has an empty beer. Last night was the first time my husband and I went to Wolfies and we have lived in the area for about 5 yrs. All I can say is - don't sleep on Wolfies! I had a reuben and potato salad. He had the Big Gordo and bread pudding. Very tasty change and only about $25.00 total! That is much better than spending $50 on 2 large pizza, some wings and a big cookie. Used to go to the one on 1960 but switched to this one after they opened up. Have probably visited over 20 times and have never left un-happy that I can remember. About 5 years ago I probably would have given it 4 stars but either my taste in wings has changed or they aren't quite as good as they used to be. Still one of the best for wings around though in my opinion. All the other food that i have had there is average-above average depending what you get. The menu ranges from wings, salads, mexican, to steaks and I think they might even have some italian dishes. The sin if you have room for desert is amazing. Football season this is my MNF choice if it isn't over crowded. Can't wait for the season to start back up! Love that they have smoking on the bar side also. read more

Great place give have they nicest service I've ever had.they give you you real amount of crawfish,but they're corn and potatoes are small.they cut the potatoes in half and split the corns,but you do get one corn and one potato per a pound which is good.is a really fun place to with friends especially for birthday parties or just to hang out.overall Wolfies is one of the quality places to go for crawfish in Houston. read more

Got here at 9:00pm was told about hr wait cool. My husband went in and to see where we were about they said that my name was seated ummm no so the scratch my name off the wait list and put Janet that the first thing 2 thing they told my husband they were putting tables together since a party left! Cool yes we told them we were sitting in the parking lot waiting but as soon as my husband told me that they were gathering are tables we were sitting right outside. The lady at the front told me no you weren't I was out there calling for you. No I'm sorry you didn't there is 12 of us waiting we would have hear her call I never seen her call us and I was right at the door. So I call her bullshit. They know they messed up and trying to pin it on the customer. Yes I understand it was busy not complaining at all about that we were trying to communicate with them but just got bullshit. just got ripped off big-time by wolfies..... accidentally gave a waitress a c-note instead of a one while paying what I thought was 23 bucks on a 19 dollar tab (paid $122), called within minutes of leaving, only to be fed a line of b.s. about the waitress in question acknowledging she received a 20, TEN, and two ones....... add a zero, honey............ (ps I had no tens in my wallet) my own fault for not paying attention I guess.... but I friggin' hate dishonesty.......... at least pay it forward................ and next time do the right thing............ won't be coming back there for sure read more

By far one of the worst service i have ever received. I went on a Monday night (Not football season) they were not very busy yet we could not get any help. We arrived at 7:30 pm and didn't get our drinks until 8:20 (that includes WATER) then when she finally did bring the drinks, she brought empty cups with pitchers of water for us to fill ourselves. Why couldn't you have brought that 40 minutes ago? but that was after she dropped the stack of cups and had to go get new ones. She then dropped the cups of soda and split it all over my belongings and myself. and didn't apologize! I saw her drop a couple more things to another table. The food was ok, but that is prolly because i was hungry for having to wait so long. After i got my ticket the waitress makes a point to mention gratuity was not included in the total on the check. This is a must try if you like wings. Special is $.49 wings every Wed and they are plump and flavorful. They have sweet, spicy, savory and all the classics. The wait staff are friendly and Ashlyn is esp great! The hostesses sometime aren't the most accommodating, but the food and serv e make up for that. read more

When we arrived the waitress got our drink order and brought the drinks right away, we were impressed. She left the table and I saw her walk away and smoke a cigarette and kiss on who I assume is her boyfriend, no big deal, I know ppl take breaks, but when you have customers waiting on you that's unacceptable. 20 MINUTES later another waitress walking by noticed we were there for a while and took our order, afterwards our original waitress immediately came out and said she put our order in, no apology. When we finally received our order my husband and I were already in a bad mood, we didn't even enjoy or finish our food. BUT let me tell you, when we asked her for our check, it took her less than 5 seconds to bring it out. Unbelievable. First and last time we are stepping foot in this restaurant. read more

Fourth times a charm, right? Just walked out to witness a brother trying to break into our F250... this is the fourth time! Stay away from this retail center. Luckily due to timing we scared them off before they could get behind the plate on the door (put there due to the last time it got broken into in this parking lot) and most importantly lucky we weren't armed (because THE TIME BEFORE LAST when broke in in that parking lot where they stole a pistol, we no longer leave a gun in our truck) because I would be on the news right now instead of at home putting out this PSA. Each time I've tried to reach management to give them an opportunity to try some type of security measure as a deterrent to no avail. We've been coming here for a couple of weeks and we love the food and service...but tonight we sat down for dinner and our waitress Sierra didn't even look like she wanted to be there. That's so sad, but in all of it we had a young lady named Alexis that made conversation with us and kept coming to our table to check on us ( she wasn't even our waitress) My boyfriend and I saw her go table to table picking up dirty plates or bringing out new orders while our waitress sat at her own table drinking her water and in her phone. Alexis is the type of worker all companies want...she treated this establishment like her own and with pride.. mind you she was on a double ... if your here boss reading this she deserves so much praise and she can stand to train the other two waitresses..if your a patron and want to enjoy a meal away from having to do it yourself sit in Alexis's area and you'll be amazed also tip that girl well. Have eaten here about once a month for the past year. Food is consistent. Service can sometimes be spotted. Crawfish is has been acceptable - wish they would use a spice bath to get more flavor into the crawfish instead of most of the seasoning being on the outside. This past Saturday the Crawfish was the best I have every had here - and ranked in one of my top places to eat. Wings are good and my teen loves their burgers and fries. Smoking in the bar area sometimes drifts into the dining room. All in all very good. read more

I've been here a handful of times for the crawfish which was ok. Every time I'v gone the wait staff are more interested in lets say the younger generation and don't pay much attention to others as far as service goes and management is never anywhere to be found. My adult grandson likes to go there and unwind after work for a few beers a few times a week but that will not be happening any more due to the fact four guys from inside the restaurant decided to jump him last night and tried to beat him up. If it wouldn't have been for another customer chasing these guys off I not sure what kind of harm would have come to my grandson. Apparently management was no where to found as usual. Well Mr. Manager how does it feel to loose customers but not only have you lost my grandson but my husband and I, my 3 daughters and their families and as far as I'm concerned if I had small children I would not feel safe bringing my little family to your establishment. This may not make a dent in your lifestyle but it has made a very bad impression on me and if it bothers me it will bother others. read more

We got Crawfish to-go tonight (yes, to-go) and although it was good crawfish (size, preparation, flavor, and reasonably priced) we won't be going back bc of the 2 hostesses - probably 16-18 y.o. that had no idea what they were doing. We normally get crawfish from Vida Mariscos but decided to have Wolfies instead. First, placing my order was more difficult than it needed to be. We ordered 4 lbs - 2 lbs spicy and 2 lbs mild with corn, potatoes, and 1 spicy butter. For some reason the girl needed to place my order as 2 separate orders. Okay. Whatever. We go in to pick up our order and there's a blonde who has no idea what's going on (bc I have 2 orders). I ask her if she can just run my cc once by adding the totals together but she didn't understand what I was asking. So she runs my cc TWICE, fine, whatever. I tipped on each cc slip and asked if my order was the one sitting on the table right in front of me. The blonde asks me to wait so she can check to make sure it was my order. I lifted the bag and figured out it was about 4lbs but just waited for her to return. The Asian hostess that took my order over the phone (i recognized her voice) told me the order was mine and it was ready. I asked if the butter was in there (since the bag was tied in a knot and I couldn't open it without ripping the plastic bag) the Asian hostess replies yes. We wait for the blonde to return bc I want to make sure it was my order and I had everything before I left. She returns and I ask again, is the butter in the bag? Both girls reply yes. We get home and after opening the boxes and searching for it (bc I knew it wasn't in there) I call Wolfies just to let them know. The Asian hostess answered and was rude on the phone after I told her that the butter wasn't in the bag and with an attitude replied with "ok, what do you want me to do about it?" To which I replied "I just wanted to let y'all know bc I asked twice and was told it was in the bag." The point of this is that we paid extra (although not much) for spicy butter and asked 2x to make sure it was in the bag and it obviously wasn't. I wasn't rude in return- I only asked them to be sure that they checked their orders before they let people leave and she hung up. Unprofessional from placing my order to paying to receiving my order and lastly the attitude for their mistake. We live very close to this Wolfies and our previous experience was very mediocre which is why we hadn't gone back in a couple months. This wolfies has lost our business. read more
