The dealership has responded very quickly after such a negative review and offered to fix the concerns that we addressed. The vehicle in question had a death wobble issue and bad u-joints and was sold with these issues after their service center did an inspection. The dealership had us bring the vehicle in to fix and remedy the issues and now the vehicle is in safe driving condition as desired. I took my Honda accord to Wolf Motors in Le Sueur (same dealership) for a 4 wheel alignment.The service advisor told me that both front lower ball joints were loose and an alignment could not be done.I had my invoice to prove that they had replaced both of those lower ball joint's had been replaced in Dec.2020 at that very same location,AND had only a little over 19,000 miles on them.Service advisor Thomas Schilling said that the miles didn't matter,and it was the years that counted.I immediately knew that I was being lied to,and I won't argue with a fool.The fact is that Wolf Motors put very low quality replacements on for my ball joints.finally,the service tech left grease on the floor carpet,and steering wheel. we've had a few free oil changes to fix the previous complaints from the rude front desk person Mark and then being told had to wait 2 hrs for a quick oil change because they had to source the filter. this time I was charged for tire rotation that didn't happen and when I returned to get it done the supposed stand in manager asked why I thought they weren't rotated? I said because they are still worn in the front and marked them so wouldn't get ripped off again. you can only give so many chances. stay clear of this place!!!! read more

I've always had a wonderful experience here! From buying a beautiful truck, having it have a couple issues right away, they took care of it and there wasn't a warranty as it was used. I bought a pre-onwed truck at Wolf Motors. I had so many problems with the truck . Within a week I found out water was getting into the truck and after several trips they fixed it. Then later a the A/C went off so I took it back to get it fixed and that was when the nightmare started. The first time they told me they were gonna fix the problem for 600 and I agreed. Within a couple of months it stopped working again so they said it was gonna be 1200 more since the previous time it was to see where the leak was . I said that I would only paid 600 since they never told me the 1st time was only to diagnose it . They agreed and the a/c stopped working again . They called the cops on me because I refused to pay 200 dollars for the diagnosis and I told them this was the 3rd time I was bringing the truck for the same problem wtf I don't know how these businesses are still operating in MN or anywhere in the world. read more

Scott in their service department is the worst to deal with. It's like I'm an inconvenience every time I bring my car in. I always need a loaner when a schedule and appt. I always have to ask when I get there and that always seems like a problem for him. Just picked up my car from a warranty fix and was supposed to have "the works" oil change and tire rotation. Show up and it's not done. No apology. No offer to do it now. I can wait for the car being worked on and then wait while my oil change is done. I don't have time. No offer to just keep the loaner until tomorrow or Monday since Scott screwed it up. Oh I can come in the morning, first come first serve. No offer of a time I can come and not have to wait. If I wouldn't have bought my car there and the extended warranty I would for sure go elsewhere. Scott makes every experience in their service dept the worst and I dread when I have to go in there. read more

Very disappointed in the service received in the Service Department. My teenage son went in to have a noise checked on his vehicle. They told him what was likely wrong and that they would need to keep it overnight while they waited for parts. He asked for a written estimate of cost, and was told "we can't put anything in writing - we don't do that here". I would not have authorized anything without a written estimate, but my son felt pressured into saying ok. When I reached out to the Service Manager, he replied only saying "I will look into these allegations with my staff". Not once did he apologize for the poor experience, nor did he ever follow back up with me to resolve the issue. Would never bring another vehicle here again. read more

I am writing about the terrible experiences I have had with Wolf Motors. I bought a 2019 F150 in February 2023 with 69,000 miles, and I have had transmission and service problems since then. Soon after purchase, I noticed that the truck was experiencing transmission problems. The truck would shift roughly between gears 3, 4, and 5, and sometimes in other gears as well. I took the truck back to the shop where they performed a "transmission relearn" and told me that it was a common problem with this truck. However, their solution only fixed the problem for about 20 miles before the same issue reappeared. The service writer advised me to let my truck warm up for 15-30 minutes before driving, which caused a significant decrease in my mileage. Despite several visits to the shop the problem was never fixed.. After one of the visits, I noticed a rattling noise coming from under the truck when I shut the door. Although the service writer initially denied the noise's existence, a technician later found something and fixed it after I had to push them to look. At one point, the truck's center display went black. I called to bring it in for repairs, the earliest available appointment was 2-3 weeks away. After the display was fixed, the Matt advised me to do regular software updates. He instructed me to connect my truck to my home Wi-Fi, and it would update. However, this method didn't work, and I contacted the Ford factory for help. They advised me to download the updates on a USB stick and install them in my truck using my computer. The Ford representative was surprised that the dealership told me to use Wi-Fi, as it was not the correct method. The last time my truck was at Wolf getting transmission work done I picked it up and brought it home, I was off work that week and got very sick and never left it was the end of January when we had that rain and ice and salt, I walked around my truck and saw that the right front fender was dented and scratched and the bumper is pushed in and fog light housing is cracked, I called Wolf and asked for service manager right away I explained what I saw and was told to bring it down, (its about a 25 min drive one way and I have been there several times) service manager came out with me and looked at the truck and said they didn't hit it but he'd have his body shop guy come look at it, unfortunately I wasn't out there when the body shop guy looked at it but I was told that he said it was old damage, I expland that I wanted to talk to his boss but he said he is the boss I said no I want to talk to HIS BOSS because Im not happy with how service has been going and he told me that he was gone but would be back Friday and he'd talk to him. I took it to a body shop in town and he said that it definitely is not old with the moisture we had and salt, It doesn't take long for rust to start, and he quoted me $3,300 to fix it. I followed up with the service manager a week later, and he informed me that he had not yet spoken to his boss. In the meantime, I took my truck to another shop, and they fixed the transmission problems. I am now happy with the truck's performance. And after getting it fixed I called Wolf to tell them and ask if the owner was back yet and the answer I got was "glad they could fix it'' and the owner wasn't willing to do anything. So I emailed the owner and that was a month ago with no reply. read more

Almost everytime I've gone into this dealer I have left upset and extremely disappointed. The quick lane and service dept is a joke... unfortunately, recently I needed a newer vehicle and they had one that I wanted. The salesman was actually pretty good and took care of a few things on the vehicle before I took ownership of it. Shortly after getting the vehicle, I realize that they did not do a very good job of inspecting this pre-owned vehicle and found parts that need to be replaced. They said they have to run that under the extended warranty that I purchased even though these were pre-existing issues on a certified preowned. I told him exactly what needs to be replaced, scheduling an appointment. After having the vehicle for an entire day, they called me and told me they would have to keep the vehicle for a couple of days so they can order the part. I needed the vehicle, so I rescheduled it for the following week. When I called the service advisor the morning of the reschedule to get the part installed, he basically acted like he had no idea what was going on as he had been off the past 3 days and said he no longer had time to do it since they didn't get most of their work done from the prior day, but would do 'me a favor' if I brought it in after lunch. And only because I have already removed a part in 10 seconds that he stated would take hours. read more

Don't shop vehicles here unless you want HORRIBLE customer service. I called ahead to test drive a specific vehicle and talked to Greg. When my wife and I got there four hours later, the vehicle wouldn't start and had to be jumped. He stated that "if you're interested in the vehicle" he would put a new battery in it... Really??? Because he didn't have time or wouldn't have otherwise? We reluctantly took a test drive anyway. After returning, I was talking with him about the vehicle when another salesman walked over and asked him a question. Instead of a polite "hey, I'm sorry I'll be right back," or anything of the sort, he turned away from me while I was in mid-sentence and simply walked away, sat at his desk and talked with the other salesman. I've never had such a terrible experience in any retail or sales setting. Look for your next vehicle somewhere else! read more

My fiancé bought a truck from them in August an not even 3 weeks in the engine started knocking. They obviously never inspected the truck prior to selling. Even though our salesman Mike Neises said they inspected everything. They will not pay for his truck to get fixed an it's on them. Not our issue. 3500 worth of work!!!!! What a shitty dealership when you don't do the right thing for the customer. Mike even said they'd help my fiancé out and now they are being dicks an wont do anything. Mike is a shyster. Everything, and I mean everything about buying a vehicle from the Wolf Motors was a 1 star or lower, Even their own technician said "this truck should have never been sold like this". A brief rundown on an F350 I bought from them. Supplemental transmission cooler was cracked and bypassed (seriously, instead of fixing it they bypassed an important element of a Super Duty truck). radiator was cracked, both ball joints needed to be replaced, metal shavings in the oil pan, differential oil was contaminated. Called and emailed the salesman....no response, emailed the sales manager... no response, emailed the the General Manager....no response, Emailed the Dealer (the owner) ........no response! Only after paying a personal visit to the service depot. did I get any interaction. They fixed the supplemental trans. cooler and told me "this truck should have never been sold like this"! I can, with complete confidence, review that that F350 was never looked at or inspected by any member of Wolf Motors before it was offered for sale. Furthermore, Jerry the salesman, outright lied to my face about 'every truck gets a complete inspection before even being placed on the lot'! Awful service and even worse customer service! Due to sheer negligence of an inexperienced technician, my fiancé was put in danger. This inexperienced technician, Bryce, failed to tighten the lug nuts on my fiancés pickup. After driving for a bit he noticed a sound and took it back in-his tire was literally hanging on by a thread. This caused damage to all lug nuts and the rim, all of which needed to be replaced. Initially, the staff was very kind and apologetic. The next day however, that changed. Both my fiancé and I expressed our concerns to the Service Manager, Mike. When speaking with Mike, he admitted that this could have been a bad situation, especially if the tire fell off on the highway at a high rate of speed. He also admitted to me that this technician was on his "second strike" and that he was aware that he was inexperienced and still learning. I also had service done to my vehicle by Bryce where he wrote that my "calibers" were seized. First of all, it's a caliper and secondly, if that was the case, my vehicle wouldn't be able to move or stop!! Mike had said he could do some other repairs to my fiancés pickup for the inconvenience, and then a couple hours later he rescinded that offer. My fiancé went to speak with someone above Mike and got a Sales Manager, with that Sales Manager was one of the service technicians (or counter associate, not sure of his position-male, light hair, mid 40's-50's). While the Manager was polite, the technician wasn't. He flat out and very rudely asked my fiancé "What, like you've never made a mistake?". You're kidding me, right?! The new rim needed to be ordered and Mike had decided that he was only going to make the repairs needed to get the pickup back in order until the rim came in. When my fiancé went in to get the rim put on, he was treated like garbage by this same technician who was rude to him previously. When the work was finished, my fiancé asked if there was any paperwork, the service counter person who stated very rudely "You got paperwork last time. All we did was put a new rim on it." By the way, the rim is USED, not new. Unbelievable. I understand people make mistakes. But if a manager admits that one of his associates is inexperienced, has had issues with his performance in the past and on his "second strike", wouldn't you think his work would be inspected more thoroughly? How do you completely ignore the fact that this could have been a very serious problem if that tire did in fact fall off on the freeway and do nothing?! And how is this rude customer service tolerated? As someone who works in customer service, I'm appalled. We weren't looking for a handout, we were simply wanting them to take this matter more seriously. But rather, we were treated with absolute disrespect. read more

Their service dept is a joke and quick lane needs to change their name...the last 3 visits for an oil change resulted in me leaving pissed because it was going to be more than 1.5 hours until they got to it. Test drove a car which is still listed on their website today. Received a message Monday the price dropped so I went there to buy it. Showed up to find out the owner decided to keep it! Apparently the car owner and the dealership owner are friends and it was for sale on consignment. I've never experienced such in thing in all my years car shopping.
