Been here 10 years and the first 6 years of taking our vehicles in for oil changes and service I…read morewould of given them 5 stars, Last 4 I have had multiple issues from over filling the oil several times, Rotating tires and not resetting the tire monitor system then trying to sell me new sensors when all they needed was to be set (8months ago all good) Then we went to sell one of our vehicles but decided to get an oil change first and have them check it out to make sure no issues, Well we sold it and told the new owners Matt Saxe has done all service and just did it again, New owner brought it over to ask something then they tried to tell her it was unsafe to drive a week after they just had it in for service, On top of that they tried selling her a new car, Last thing was as someone who has changed oil all my life in different cars I was wondering why when I change oil it is clear when they do it it is all dark like used oil, Then I just noticed after 6 months the oil filter was all rusted with bubbles no way that was changed 6 months ago, Also if you are going to buy do your research they are always more for same vehicle than other places

Do not recommend! Stay away! Call dealership because we had questions about a car that was listed…read more They answered the question and we scheduled at time to come look at it 3 days later. They knew we were coming from 3 hrs away to buy the car. After looking at the car and getting financed then they told us we couldn't take the car home. Greg (sales manager) told us it was illegal to sell us the car until it had been inspected (which is a lie)! We could do paperwork but couldn't take the car. They would deliver some time the next week. During the inspection they found codes for the radio?? But in reality they were for the O2 sensor they didn't want to fix. Their inspection missed the fact that it had multiple bulbs burnt out, air filter was really dirty, and cabin filter was really dirty. In removing the buyers guide from the side window they wrecked the window tint. In contacting them about these issues they wouldn't respond until multiple messages were sent. Then lied about the check engine light and codes and won't pay for repairs. They paid for a new air filter that's it. Lied and said no pictures were sent of the window tint issues. If you are looking for a dealership who will lie to you go see Greg he will do that with a smile on his face.

What a fiasco! First, Matt is super slow to respond to your calls and messages. Second, his…read moredescriptions are WAY over the top. He described the vehicle as a #2 car! Here is his exact description of the vehicle we purchased as he describe it "all lights, turn signals, radio, wipers, heater, gauges, etc. are all in good working condition". Well the RADIO, WIPERS, CLOCK don't work! Upon arrival the car had a serious fuel leak and almost didn't start. I installed a new "real" fuel line. It had some kind of yellow plastic line. We then took off on our first adventure in the car. After 1 1/2 hours we headed home. We heard a load scraping noise. The right front wheel bearing cratered. We limped it home. We smelled gas the whole trip. We discovered the carb was leaking fuel in several areas. So we've enlisted a Ford expert to help us locate all the leaks from the engine. I replaced the front wheel bearings after 9 hours!!! Then the next day the driver door wouldn't open. I finally got it open. The engine leaks oil like a stuck pig! The car needs a "puppy pad" underneath it to catch all the leaks! The following items DON'T work as advertised!! Horn, wipers, radio, clock!!! Everyday we wake up wondering what will be wrong with the car today! But the worst part of the transaction is Matt's SLOW or NO response. I gave him a over a week to check back and see how we liked the car. CRICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We spent 40K on a car and he could care less!!!!!!! No communications. I left a voice mail about our issues 24 hours ago and no response so I'm leaving him a horrible review!!! Spending this kind of money on an unseen car is scary. I feel you CANNOT trust Matt! He told us this was a #2 car!!!!!!! Really????? His exact words in his description were "this is a rare, classic car that can be driven anywhere with no worries." Well that is a lie!!!!! 8 days later we have still not heard from Matt. We can't take the car out without worrying about what will fail next! The car won't start after driving it for over 15 minutes. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be warned!!!!!!!!!!! Run away from Matt and Mad Muscle Garage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I told him I would like to have the vehicle review by a mechanic before I would buy this truck. He asked for a security deposit so I could have diagnostic done on the vehicle. After he finishes his repair. The tech came to put the truck a day early due to the weather. Thomas he didn't repair the truck yet. The tech tried looking at truck there but when the tech open the vehicle it smelled like smoke (Mary Jane) smoke. Thomas the owner stated he was driving the vehicle and him and his wife smoke in the vehicle with the window up because it winter time. I requested my money back. He stated , he would refund my refund back to my credit card. After two weeks of no refunds . I called my credit company. Thomas the owner got upset. Called my phone many times. And told me you going to buy this truck. Thomas forged my name on bill of sale. Then sent to card company. Then he had a copy of my id and tried to register this vehicle my name. A insurance company called me because this item was in a car accident. And this item was registered to me. Found out the owner son was driving this truck got into a accident and his dad registered it my name without my signature because he's a dealership. No I'm being serious by somebody who his son hit and does not have a legal license and it's not old enough to drive. I am suing this man currently.
