Got a response of "we started looking at it, but stopped because other things came up". Another 7 business days go by, SILENCE. I stop by the shop and they still hadn't even touched it. One of the techs told me "we're pulling it in and out every night because it's a nicer truck" if you're doing that why wouldn't you just diagnose it? Finally on March 10th after 14 business days of hearing absolutely nothing from this joke of a shop I towed my truck to a new shop and got it looked as the next day.
