Pricing was fair, scheduling was quick, and communication was top-notch from start to finish. We had several trees removed during snowy weather, one of which was dangerously dead and dropping branches. The team prioritized safety without compromising efficiency, and they kept us updated every step of the way. After the in-person estimate, we received a clear, detailed written quote sent by text message--no surprises. On removal day, we got real-time updates on their arrival, progress, and departure. Everything went smoothly, and I have no doubt they'd have addressed any issues right away if they came up. This team turned a stressful situation into a breeze. Jason confirmed the job order, got the work done, cleaned up after himself and asked if everything was satisfactory and met our (obvious) expectations! We have a couple more trees on our property that will need work and we definitely know who to call!

During the tree removal we asked the crew to also remove poison ivy, which they said they would. There was still some left and it has taken weeks of following up to understand why. I still don't have an answer after many follow-ups. On the day of stump grinding, we waited around all Saturday and they never showed up. I called and emailed to ask about timing, but no response. The grinder was called away unexpectedly, which happens, but we were never contacted and I had to proactively ask why this was and when they would be coming. No apologies given as they said they don't monitor the phone over the weekend (despite the website saying 24/7 responses). Finally, they trimmed a red oak and didn't mention anything about fatal oak wilt fungus. Apparently if you trim between April and July you should always seal the wound immediately, which other arborists have since told me. This was never mentioned to us and our tree was not sealed so is now at risk for this disease.

Lucas showed up over an hour late the first time he came and got a flat tire in our driveway. While fixing the flat his truck came off the jack and gouged our driveway. He did not give us a quote nor proof of insurance the first time meeting, understandably so. After we helped him with the flat he told us he was going to throw in free gutters since we helped him. We decided to give him another chance and he came out a few days later when our adjustor came. Once again, Lucas did not provide a quote nor insurance. He then came out and third time after the adjustor and took measurements. Still no quote or insurance. After him doing that for a month straight we gave up on this company. We went with Quality Roofing! They came out promptly to give us a quote and proof of insurance! They also didn't damage our driveway in the process of a quote! P. s. If you leave a bad review on their roofman Facebook page they will block you instead of owning up to what they did.
