I went to see Dr. Woffard a few months ago when I started feeling dizzy. I wasn't sure if I had Vertigo or something worse. I went to my primary and got blood tests and when nothing came back irregular I decided to look towards physical therapy and chiropractic care. Dr. Woffard took some x-rays after listening to some of my symptoms. His approach was to work on my optic and auditory nerves that may be compressed which in turn could be causing some of my dizziness. It took about 6 treatments and it went away. He also has a lovely massage therapist named Amelia that I worked with to help keep the muscle area surrounding loosened. She is one of the best massage therapists I've seen. I highly recommend Dr. Woffard and his practice, they are very thorough and want to get to the root of the pain, his goal was to get me healed and on with life. I'm so grateful to him and his years of experience. I have no dizzy symptoms anymore and now have a massage therapist I know I can rely on for in between maintenance. read more

Dr Wofford and staff are incredible! I was seen on an emergency basis and ended up walking out feeling so much better than when I first arrived. Dr Wofford saw how scared I was and was able to calm me down and assure me that he could help and that the pain would go away. I just love Dr. Wofford! He is so great at what he does, but not only that....he is also thoughtful, kind, and just a wonderful person. I was experiencing awful neck pain (a combination of poor sleep and an injury from working out), I called him first thing in the am, and he told me to come in right away. He was able to treat me immediately while still seeing his regularly scheduled patients. He took X-rays and explained in detail what was going on with my neck. Thought initially he was friendly, intuitive in his initial evaluation and even perceptive. His manipulations seemed fine, though didn't give me any relief of symptoms, which can happen, I guess. Then he got strange. Asking him to explain something, he snapped "oh you're an analytic." I'm not a good explainer." He said to me "oh you're healthy, you look young for your age" and then asked if I thought I was healthy, I said basically "yes." He said no you're not." Weirdly manipulative stuff. He tried to double charge me and my insurance, even though I stopped him from that. I can even let him slide on that as his administrative assistant was out of the office and I assume he doesn't do the paper work normally. Alarmingly to me there were no COVID protocols of any kind. He didn't wear a mask nor any of his patients. He had several patients on massage tables in the same unventilated room. He introduced me to his patient as "his good friend," even though this was our first meeting. The longer I was there the more uncomfortable I became with him. I would not go back. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Wofford off and on for years. Last year in November just before a trip to Italy my back started acting up. So I made appointments to see him as it was only 2 weeks before the trip he got me moving. That whole trip I needed a cane to get around. Since that trip I just returned from 2 weeks in Italy. I have been seeing him regularly since November and Dr. Wofford has been treating my back, neck, hips, and shoulders. I never used my cane in the two weeks in Italy this trip and we averaged at least 2 miles walking up and down steep hills and steps a day. Dr. Wofford is simply the BEST chiropractor I've been to (been to 4) He is an expert in his field and it shows in his results. Gifted with healing hands, he always makes you feel like you are the most important person in the office! And yes, like Kelly D said, he makes you feel like family! He is personable, smart, kind, honest...I could go on. I recently hurt my back and the pain was the worst I'd ever had, right up there with labor. Could only shuffle my feet into his office. My husband and I have gone to Dr.Wofford's office for the last several months and our experience there is amazing. I tweaked my neck in the gym an after 2 weeks of pain decided that is wasn't going to get better without some help. I found Dr. Wofford through a google search and was a little apprehensive at first; I usually try to get a personal recommendation for chiropractors, masseuses, etc. However, within 5 minutes of meeting Dr. Wofford I was confident I was in good hands. He has spent his life working with athletes was able to get my neck back to normal in about a week and a half. I think this was something like 5 sessions.
