From the very…read morebeginning, everyone was welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely invested in my daughter's recovery. A special thank you goes to Luke Anderson, who was absolutely exceptional throughout her entire ACL rehabilitation journey. He worked with her before surgery to help her prepare physically, then continued guiding her every step of the way after surgery. His knowledge, patience, encouragement, and ability to tailor each session to her goals made all the difference. My daughter had a very short timeline to recover between surgery and having to leave for college to play Division I soccer, and Luke went above and beyond to help her regain her strength, confidence, and mobility. He challenged her when she needed it, and always made sure she felt supported. He didn't just help treat her injury, he genuinely cared about her as a person and was fully invested in helping her succeed. Thanks to Luke's expertise and dedication, she was able to leave for college feeling prepared and confident to begin the next chapter of her athletic career. We are incredibly grateful for everything he and the G3 team did for her. If you're looking for a physical therapist who truly cares, is highly skilled, and will go the extra mile for his patients, I wholeheartedly recommend Luke Anderson and G3 Physical Therapy family. They exceeded every expectation, and we will always be thankful for the role they played in my daughter's recovery

He has this rare ability to really see what's going on and guide you through it with zero fluff. Huge thanks to the entire team at G3 Physical Therapy & Wellness for creating such a high-level environment. Highly recommend.

My Physical Therapist Jacqui was really great. She was extremely knowledgeable, taught me a lot about my injury and rehab, but she also helped me figure out some other areas to work on in parallel with my knee PT. She was invested in my recovery and always adjusted our sessions and overall plan to get me back stronger and more stable than before the injury. I am super grateful for ReKinected and Jacqui!

Christian is a very caring and experienced physical therapist. He is an excellent communicator and very personable. He listens carefully and gives you his full attention. I always felt Christian was present with me and paying attention - in every single session! I also watched how he treated other patients in his practice who needed support and he was so gentle, kind, and attentive. The office staff are also very helpful and lovely! In the past I took classes with Eileen and those classes put me back on my feet after I herniated a disk. This time my static nerve acted out about two weeks ago. Yesterday it was my first day that I was pain free. This time my body recovered much quickly to the treatment. Thank you Eileen

I was a little skeptical at first because Alexander Technique sounded so "new-age-y" and Eileen wasn't a musician, but decided to give it a try when I learned that a good friend of mine lost his severe tendonitis after about a month of weekly lessons. My first experience with Eileen was memorable and surreal. After telling her I was having pain from playing music, she asked me to sit at the piano. Before I could play anything, she started to adjust my posture on the piano bench and was teaching me how to sit. She then noticed some strain in my breathing and started teaching me how to breathe. It was a bizarre experience. I, a grown man, was being taught how to sit and how to breathe. I must have played 5 notes in the hour lesson, but I could already tell there was a lightness about my joints that I hadn't had since I was a kid. As I attended more and more lessons, I realized that I could maintain all "normal" activities (like walking, sitting, breathing, etc) indefinitely with no strain at all. Gradually, my wrists stopped hurting and I was able to practice for long hours without much physical effort. In my opinion, Alexander technique ended up being one of the most important, if not the most important decision I've made to help my body. I ended up continuing my lessons for about a year before I stopped because I moved away from the area. The best part about my experience with Alexander technique is that after I stopped lessons, I still retained a good amount of the skills and habits. Anytime I do feel strain, I simply remember some of Eileen's pointers, adjust myself and go about my day. I highly recommend Eileen to anyone experiencing any sort of pain with their day-to-day activities since she knows exactly how to help you in more ways than you may know.

Over the course of about a week, I called 7-8 times, left multiple voicemails, and even submitted an inquiry through the website. I never received a single callback or email response. Eventually, I stopped by the office in person because I couldn't get anyone to respond. When I explained that I had been trying to reach the office for a week, the front desk staff dismissed my concerns and told me I must have had the wrong phone number. To make sure, I called the number right there in the office, and their phone rang. I completely understand if my daughter needed a physician referral to use insurance, that wasn't the issue. The issue was the lack of communication and the way I was treated. Rather than receiving a helpful explanation, I felt dismissed and unwelcome from the moment I walked in. I can't speak to the quality of the physical therapists themselves, but first impressions matter. Unfortunately, the customer service and front office experience were enough for me to choose to take my business elsewhere.
