About a year and a half ago, we got a quote for new windows from Renewal by Anderson and it was completely outrageous! The cost was way too high and the salesman was unprofessional. We ended up getting a quote from Andy's Glass last fall for significantly less money and with a better warranty! Obviously we went with Andy's and the windows were a huge update on our house. We are very happy with the look and quality! The most recent home update they completed for us was a new front door. I already knew exactly what I wanted and they were able to make it happen and again, for a great price! I appreciate that they never try to talk me into something else, they are always on time, and they are very communicative. My requirements were a frameless glass wall with a door that opens both directions. I contemplated 1/2 inch glass but ended up going with 3/8 inch glass. I received estimates from three glass companies. The things that impressed me with Design In Elegance was their fast response, courtesy, attention to detail and their expertise. Dan, the owner made an on-site visit (which none of the other companies were willing to do). He followed his visit up with a detailed estimate that included the glass, labor and all of the hardware, and provided a drawing of how the glass would be situated. Their pricing was competitive as well. We scheduled a date when the tile would be complete so precise measurements could be taken.
