He reviewed our moisture/mold issue. Told us what could be done in our basement, where, why and how. Sent an estimate which was very reasonable. The professional crew arrived as scheduled, reviewed everything they would do and went right to work. All three worked as a team.. They removed affected cupboards, walls and drywall taking them out of the house. Applied anti-microbial agent to the ceiling. Sealed the surface areas with fungicidal/bacterial inhibitor. They were careful with everything they moved and even worked on a couple of corners not noticed before. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. When the job was complete one of the crew showed us what had been done. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and highly recommend them for any moisture/mold remediation you may need to have done. I had indoor air professionals do my vents today and ductwork. They did a decent job but one guy…read morethe group leader asked if he could use the toilet in the basement. I said yes I went down a little bit later and I said what died here.. did you find a dead animal?? Quality of the job was not good after they got done and put the vacuum away. I had to ask something vacuum other parts that they missed they weren't happy.. they didn't even say goodbye when they left so I didn't even know that they left. I called the company and said I didn't get a receipt.. pricing of the job was reasonable. Peter Gordon the manager called me and sent me for free $20 filters to make up for the four poor performance of the crew.. I told them they didn't need to send me anything. The only reason I called was for a receipt.. but I did accept. I would use them again if it was a different crew.. I am happy with the work that was completed. If they did the job properly, it would've been four or five stars instead of just three.

(Then made a phone call to his boss, who called us lots of names while the kid's volume was all the way up. My husband had a few choice words, then he was summarily removed from the premesis.) IAP were very professional from start to finish. We found them at the Buffalo Home Show initially, and were able to make an appointment very quickly with a quote over the phone. The guys who came out were quick and efficient. They have a completely enclosed vacuuming system, so no gross stuff gets away. When they are done, they show you the filters they used and all your bagged vent bunnies. Our system was resealed, and we have had no problems since. It has been 3 years, so we are due to get our system cleaned again, and as an added reminder, IAP was at my school last week cleaning the vents before the kids start. The guys there were very friendly and spent 2 days making sure the entire system was good. Can't wait to work with them again.

After being ignored by another company using Yelp to find a company I posted a recommendation…read morerequest on Facebook and was pointed to Puroclean by a friend. The tiny hose that connects water to our fridge sprung a leak and that leak led to water damage to my kitchen floor and dry wall, into the bathroom next door and of course the ceiling below. While this was my first such catastrophe, I can say that my experience with Puroclean was nothing but positive. The day after the leak we got an estimate for the clean up. At a price tag of $1515 I had to get my insurance involved so it was the following day that we had Puroclean in. Two young men showed up a tiny bit before the scheduled time and went right to work taking apart damaged drywall, ceiling and flooring. They then placed industrial drying fans and dehumidifiers in the affected areas. Everything was done with care to be sure they didn't make a mess. Sheets were placed on the ground for them to walk on and they hung sheets of plastic around the damaged kitchen area to keep the drywall dust and what not contained. They took all the damaged flooring, ceiling and drywall away. For my situation an employee came the following day to monitor the progress of the drying and then a day after that to evaluate the situation and remove all the equipment. This is my only experience with any such company, but I'd say it was well organized. At some point they also applied an anti-microbial to the areas as well. I give them my full recommendation.

Our insurance agent recommended PuroClean, and they are one of the best contractors we've had working in our home in a long time. The crew of two (Andrea and Jon) were personable, professional, knowledgeable and extremely compassionate -- this mini disaster caused a lot of anxiety. They worked diligently for an entire week, and when they finished yesterday, not only was the space completely dried out and disinfected, they'd also hauled out stuff that was down there from the previous homeowner. I am very impressed with the service, and I can't say enough about the personnel. Andrea and Jon, and their supervisor, Patrick, worked really hard to make our home habitable again. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend this service if you're in need of a cleanup!
