He reviewed our moisture/mold issue. Told us what could be done in our basement, where, why and how. Sent an estimate which was very reasonable. The professional crew arrived as scheduled, reviewed everything they would do and went right to work. All three worked as a team.. They removed affected cupboards, walls and drywall taking them out of the house. Applied anti-microbial agent to the ceiling. Sealed the surface areas with fungicidal/bacterial inhibitor. They were careful with everything they moved and even worked on a couple of corners not noticed before. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. When the job was complete one of the crew showed us what had been done. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and highly recommend them for any moisture/mold remediation you may need to have done. Nolan's knowledge and expertise when you have an issue like this is just what you need for your home and health!

I had to ask something vacuum other parts that they missed they weren't happy.. they didn't even say goodbye when they left so I didn't even know that they left. I called the company and said I didn't get a receipt.. pricing of the job was reasonable. Peter Gordon the manager called me and sent me for free $20 filters to make up for the four poor performance of the crew.. I told them they didn't need to send me anything. The only reason I called was for a receipt.. but I did accept. I would use them again if it was a different crew.. I am happy with the work that was completed. If they did the job properly, it would've been four or five stars instead of just three.

IAP were very professional from start to finish. We found them at the Buffalo Home Show initially, and were able to make an appointment very quickly with a quote over the phone. The guys who came out were quick and efficient. They have a completely enclosed vacuuming system, so no gross stuff gets away. When they are done, they show you the filters they used and all your bagged vent bunnies. Our system was resealed, and we have had no problems since. It has been 3 years, so we are due to get our system cleaned again, and as an added reminder, IAP was at my school last week cleaning the vents before the kids start. The guys there were very friendly and spent 2 days making sure the entire system was good. Can't wait to work with them again.

The plumber that was sent was professional, knowledgeable, and able to fix the problems. He even took the initiative to clean an unrelated really gross surface clog I had been meaning to tackle on my own out. The bad: I called the company twice to confirm my appointment time as it involved shutting off water to multiple dwellings. Despite this they sent the plumber out more than an hour early to the job site with no warning phone call and I had to have him sit in the truck and wait. I had just woken up and could not turn off water to the other households ahead of the notice that had been given. Charge on the first job was within the realm of reason. Charge for the second bathroom repair though was extremely excessive given that it turned out to be minor and only took him less than 10 minutes and what seemed to be a few dollars of materials to fix. Verdict: If I have an emergency repair or need work on a night/weekend I may use them again. However if the work is minor or planned I would shop around and find a handyman who is more flexible with pricing.

The exceptional customer service started with their office manager Jenna and it only got better with the actual inspection that was done by Jason. Upon receiving the report, I was blown away by how detailed it was. I've dealt with a handful of inspectors and have heard about the experience from friends/family and I will say that this company exceeded my expectations. The report was really thorough and I can tell that he really made sure to give his 100% in every aspect of the report. I personally decided to pay for the additional services and I don't regret it. Honestly, I had high hopes. Quintin was a great person to chat with and quickly came out to give me…read morean estimate. He set my mind at ease that he could fix the rotting wood in the side of my house for a good price. And that's where the good things end. First, scheduling. We scheduled a date. Quintin did NOT show up and then when I asked where he was he said he got caught up with something else and needed to reschedule. This happened almost every day for 2 weeks. Then he finally shows up late at night, on my anniversary, so my wife and I are on our way out the door. Then he calls us while we're out on our date and says he's finished and we HAVE to pay him RIGHT NOW or he can't leave! I haven't even seen the work. But I was terrified so I sent the money. And when I got home I actually cried. The work was shoddy and clearly half assed. He used materials I had purchased and didn't pay me back for them. He didn't remove the interior drywall when he repaired the wall, he just put the new boards in and pushed everything back. So now my wall is bulging. He did not add any water tight seals to the wall under the deck, so water is just running behind the board he nailed to the wall. He also didn't do half the work I requested and paid for! I requested that he redo the deck flashing and add water tight seals under everything and he did not! He said "it turns out I didn't need to", but I didn't get a refund for the work he "didn't need to do". I would also like to mention that he left all of the materials scattered around my yard. It took me days to clean up the mess he left behind. Quintin is a cheat and a slime ball. If the price seems too good to be true, it absolutely is. He is not planning on doing the work you ask for. If you have to go to him for work, I recommend just asking your neighbor or some random guy. You'll probably get better results. Edit: I almost forgot! Because he rescheduled so many times, Quintin offered to plow my driveway once for free. Well when it came time to come out and shovel after the insane storm we had this past winter, it took 3 days! I was trapped in my house with 3 feet of snow in my driveway! And when he finally came he made me shovel my car out so he could plow what was left! And even then, he only plowed half of my driveway! I wouldn't recommend hiring him to plow your driveway either.
