He reviewed our moisture/mold issue. Told us what could be done in our basement, where, why and how. Sent an estimate which was very reasonable. The professional crew arrived as scheduled, reviewed everything they would do and went right to work. All three worked as a team.. They removed affected cupboards, walls and drywall taking them out of the house. Applied anti-microbial agent to the ceiling. Sealed the surface areas with fungicidal/bacterial inhibitor. They were careful with everything they moved and even worked on a couple of corners not noticed before. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. When the job was complete one of the crew showed us what had been done. We are completely satisfied with the job they did and highly recommend them for any moisture/mold remediation you may need to have done. I called the company and said I didn't get a receipt.. pricing of the job was reasonable. Peter Gordon the manager called me and sent me for free $20 filters to make up for the four poor performance of the crew.. I told them they didn't need to send me anything. The only reason I called was for a receipt.. but I did accept. I would use them again if it was a different crew.. I am happy with the work that was completed. If they did the job properly, it would've been four or five stars instead of just three.

The guys who came out were quick and efficient. They have a completely enclosed vacuuming system, so no gross stuff gets away. When they are done, they show you the filters they used and all your bagged vent bunnies. Our system was resealed, and we have had no problems since. It has been 3 years, so we are due to get our system cleaned again, and as an added reminder, IAP was at my school last week cleaning the vents before the kids start. The Technician pulled in our driveway like a mad man, almost hitting my wife's car. He was nice and was professional though. He diagnosed our issue and we agreed to run a snake through our main drain. The work would be GUARANTEED for 6 months. So he runs the snake and a few minutes later says he's done and we are all set. He never checked our utility sink that was sewage backing up in. It still was clogged. He just told me to take a plunger and use it in the sink and it should go down and basically just left the mess in the sink. He told us someone would come to do a camera inspection in the next few day but would call us first. An hour later a "supervisor" randomly shows up and basically tells us they cannot GUARANTEE their work for 6 months because there is signs of tree roots (which I hear is pretty common) and he was going to work up a proposal to have our trap replaced that would be in the $8-10,000 range. Now mind you we had our main drain snaked approx 3-4 years ago and haven't had any issues since. My wife was livid and called out the supervisor for basically just coming out to do this Video Inspection just so they didn't have to honor their great 6 Month GUARANTEE. I've heard some negative things along the same lines about Roto-Rooter before but got to experience it first hand. Again I guess I'm happy they came out on a Sunday and unclogged our drain for us but wasn't very impressed.

Honestly, I had high hopes. Quintin was a great person to chat with and quickly came out to give me…read morean estimate. He set my mind at ease that he could fix the rotting wood in the side of my house for a good price. And that's where the good things end. First, scheduling. We scheduled a date. Quintin did NOT show up and then when I asked where he was he said he got caught up with something else and needed to reschedule. This happened almost every day for 2 weeks. Then he finally shows up late at night, on my anniversary, so my wife and I are on our way out the door. Then he calls us while we're out on our date and says he's finished and we HAVE to pay him RIGHT NOW or he can't leave! I haven't even seen the work. But I was terrified so I sent the money. And when I got home I actually cried. The work was shoddy and clearly half assed. He used materials I had purchased and didn't pay me back for them. He didn't remove the interior drywall when he repaired the wall, he just put the new boards in and pushed everything back. So now my wall is bulging. He did not add any water tight seals to the wall under the deck, so water is just running behind the board he nailed to the wall. He also didn't do half the work I requested and paid for! I requested that he redo the deck flashing and add water tight seals under everything and he did not! He said "it turns out I didn't need to", but I didn't get a refund for the work he "didn't need to do". I would also like to mention that he left all of the materials scattered around my yard. It took me days to clean up the mess he left behind. Quintin is a cheat and a slime ball. If the price seems too good to be true, it absolutely is. He is not planning on doing the work you ask for. If you have to go to him for work, I recommend just asking your neighbor or some random guy. You'll probably get better results. Edit: I almost forgot! Because he rescheduled so many times, Quintin offered to plow my driveway once for free. Well when it came time to come out and shovel after the insane storm we had this past winter, it took 3 days! I was trapped in my house with 3 feet of snow in my driveway! And when he finally came he made me shovel my car out so he could plow what was left! And even then, he only plowed half of my driveway! I wouldn't recommend hiring him to plow your driveway either.
