She offered her opinion that our house would be trashed, party central, 15 people sleeping here (it's a small 3 bedroom), and that we would have an excess amount of trash. We've had multiple rental properties in the past and recognize the risks, and take the appropriate actions to mitigate these risks. Unfortunately we will have to look elsewhere for service. I had high hopes after reading previous reviews, but unfortunately this was not my experience.
