We…read morewere getting water on the basement floor almost every day and it under pressure since the boxes had water on top. We just installed a water softener system because of the metal in the water and having a newborn in the house. The metal was within safety limits, for adults but not taking a chance on the little guy. Anyway the purge of the system was putting pressure on the line and relief valve was going off and spraying the water. Called this morning and they came out about 5pm and pumped out the tank. Did a great job, had an auger type device to loosen the solids, took off another cover to clear the filter and made sure everything was flowing as it should. All this and the cost was very fair. WILL RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS THE SERVICE!!
