When I brought them lots of both materials, I found they honestly paid the prices they quoted, were easy to deal with, and didn't add any fees they hadn't mentioned on the phone. They buy unusual materials that many scrap yards refuse. For example, I sold them copper and zinc in powder form, as well as zinc ingots at very attractive prices. These are good people to deal with. horrible service should of known with all the horrible reviews they have and I've started reading…read moreand looking at all their "good" reviews and Im starting think they're fake and were created by them to offset all the horrible ones first not only do they apparently pay half of what other places pay their rude about it and ignorant second they post free estimates multiple places on their website but they charge 50$ to give them which isn't horrible but when you also consider that they pay 50% less it definitely adds up quick third they don't have any common sense, courtesy, or respect for people or property when they go out to your house fourth they'll try to fight your neighbor after blocking there whole driveway even though there a whole empty street and then refusing to move saying quote " I'll take as long as I F-ing want matter fact I'll sit here just to make you wait" fifth they parked in my neighbors drive way and blocked it and got me in trouble with my landlord and almost has a physical brawl with my neighbor who asked them to move sixth they are very petty a friend of mine called them for a estimate they helped load all his stuff up then once done they lowballed him once it was already in the truck, so understandably getting half of what he was offered he said never mind then they made him unload their entire truck by himself even though they had a forklift at the ready honestly I can say I would rather take less then even their offering (which is no joke 50% less than the lowest place I could find elsewhere) just to not deal with their services, I could say do your research before you get rid of your metal or let people on your property but honestly just choose anyone but them and you'll be fine

Pick up day was Friday the 13th. No communication was received so I called late morning Thursday and was told they didn't have a time yet but would call me. Late afternoon and I had received no call. I called again was told they were waiting for manager to come in to plan next days routes. Would call me when they knew info. No call. Called Friday morning and was told they didn't have a time but it would probably be late day. I was puzzled that they still could not give me a time window. Friday 4:45 pm called again to verify someone was coming. Was told the trucks were just starting to come in probably one would be coming up to me. Last thing I was told was that the office person would make sure everything was ok before she left. I waited till 6:45 pm no one came and as before no calls from this company. I am shocked and angry that the work ethics of this company are so low. I would never use them again and never recommend them.
