When I brought them lots of both materials, I found they honestly paid the prices they quoted, were easy to deal with, and didn't add any fees they hadn't mentioned on the phone. Friday 4:45 pm called again to verify someone was coming. Was told the trucks were just starting to come in probably one would be coming up to me. Last thing I was told was that the office person would make sure everything was ok before she left. I waited till 6:45 pm no one came and as before no calls from this company. I did an on line search & found Metech Recycling in Worcester. Luckily Sony has a program with them that waives a drop off fee. The downside is that they don't have pick up.
