I like that they have co-mingled recycling as it all goes into one barrel and you do not have to sort it. They also have area for scrap metal (appliances, AC units, etc) ; brush (leaves, branches, and yard waste); TV's and monitors ($5 charge); and waste motor oil. $15 gets locals an annual window stick for unlimited entry. Big items and furniture requires a "bulkie coupon" which you get 3 per year. They do not accept construction waste at this time.

Best suggestion if bringing a lot of different metals is to separate everything into common metals. For example, separate the aluminum from the copper and light iron to get the best price for each type. Light iron generally is pennies per pound, and most often you need tons to make any money on it. Bring an entire computer, a fridge, air conditioner, etc.. get money back on the weight of the item. Great people with a new location now at 39 Hale Street, across from the old building.
