    Horrible customer service. It's impossible to speak to a customer service rep. They keep you on hold for hours.

We got our first 15 yard dumpster delivered as promised with great service. Then another 10 yard in Feb and again in March..again all with great service. As previously, I contacted the company for another 10 yd roll off and was told they had a 3 week lead time, but would see what they could do. I understood given the demand with housing projects in this hot market and was delighted when they came through as I was asking for a delivery in 4 days, however this hadn't been an issue the 3 previous times. Too be fair I may have put in requests earlier. They (Steve) was able to deliver w/in 4 days which was great as my husband and I were driving up this time for a short weeks stay to start renovations. It was delivered on 5/11, I received an email for payment, same as before. I noticed that the bill was $30 higher than the last 10 yd we had gotten. I didn't say anything as it was only $30 and appreciated Steve moving thing around to get it to us quicker. If fact, I would have understood the increased prices given the market we are in. We did our work and left on 5/16. Same as before my father continued to fill the dumpster and was going to call when he was ready for them to pick it up. We understood there would be additional fees for keeping it longer than 7 days. Today I called to check on my parents and my dad asked if I had told them to come pick up the dumpster, which I hadn't. My parents were upset, not so much that they didn't request the pick-up and it came unexpectedly, but that the pick up driver DRAGGED it 75 feet leaving HUGE ruts in the back property. I told my parents I would email Steve to find out up the pick-up, perhaps we were supposed to tell him we wanted it longer due to demand in there business and I would also request a discount given the work we would need to do or have done to level out the ruts/damage to the back yard. Below is At Your Service/Steve's response. Absolutely disappointed and insulted. After giving this company close to $2K, this tone/attitude is unacceptable and beyond unprofessional. I get it, they have more business than they can handle and Steve is probably overworked. No clue about his driver as the previous drivers were amazing! It's perplexing that they were able to deliver the dumpster to the back our property on four separate occasions and pick it up three times previously without complaint. However this time somehow was different...? Obviously I don't want Steve or his company back at my parents property and to be honest this is the first negative review I've written about a company on yelp. At Your Service NH - 4:15 PM (4 hours ago) Because of how narrow the driveway is there's no room at all for the driver to line up the dumpster to get it on the truck. Therefore he had a roll it forward so that you could get the dumpster to straighten out to get on the truck. With the trees there and everything there is zero room and that's what he had to do. The increase is due to fuel and Disposal rates that have gone up in the past few weeks. As far as the rental. Being 7 days it is not $5 per day any longer it is $25 per day. This is due to the increase in steel price over 30% the last couple weeks and the demand for dumpsters. The driver sent me pictures of the ruts in the driveway it's a dirt driveway by the way which if you would like I will go there personally and rake in the ruts. However I am not going to be issuing any sort of credit as we are not responsible for any damage inside the curb. It would be one thing if we damage asphalt but seeing this is a dirt driveway that is very narrow just barely enough room for my truck and dumpster to fit down which in most cases I would not have approved the dumpster to be squeezed into that type of location. So if you would like when I get the time I'll go by and rake out the ruts. Please do not contact me further her anymore dumpsters especially at this location. Here I thought I was doing a Good Deed by placing the dumpster in the location that really should have not gotten put in but obviously I should have stuck to my guns and not placed it there to begin with

    Very bad experience with Millennial Moving Solutions. They stored then transported the contents of…read moreour old home to our new home. They damaged several antique pieces of furniture - they broke off pieces of carved wood trim and lost the pieces, which are irreplaceable. They broke in half an antique item that was marked as high value and they were supposed to crate and protect. They put number stickers on prominent places on wood finishes (including antiques) - not the kind of stickers movers usually use and are easy to peel off, but stickers that are very difficult to remove without damaging finishes. They delivered with our furniture several large items of furniture and boxes that did not belong to us - so someone else's furniture was shipped 600 miles away to the wrong address. Millennial took no responsibility for the damage to our furniture, and did not return calls or emails about these issues. (The only time they answered a call was when I intentionally called from an area code and number they didn't recognize.) Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. (I would give them zero stars if I could.) I am not the type to write negative reviews, but because they failed to address, or even acknowledge, the significant problems they created, this is the only option I have left.
