Whoever heard that a propane tank needs to be sitting vertically for an hour before it's filled?…read moreWhat a freaking knucklehead this person is. "Guess what?!" she asks. Really, if you need to lie, you could say that filling them is a pain, come back later, or that there is an equipment malfunction. Or tell the flipping truth and say you don't want to do it! It's not like you've just picked up a big dehumidifier and the refrigerant oil needs to settle. It's a friggin propane tank. There's no difference whether a tank is on its side or sloshing around in the back of a pickup truck! Lucky we are only visiting. BJ's is just down the street.

Two years ago I rented a large storage locker at this business. It was the closest one to my house…read moreand I was in a bind from a terribly stressful move. At the time, I noticed the deplorable condition of the facility. The exterior of the buildings were covered with a wood product that had round stones epoxied to the wood. The trouble is, where the rain splashed the bottom of the building because there are no gutters, the wood had rotted in many places. My locker had holes in the outside wall large enough to pass a grapefruit through. That's plenty of space for large rodents to enter and nest. I assumed the owner of the facility would take care of the holes in my unit as they were as visible as the holes in many other lockers. But such was not the case. I finally was able to build my own large storage shed on my property this summer and I just moved my prized possessions from this dilapidated U-Haul facility. I urge you to go look at other nearby self-storage businesses before you decide to spend your money here.

This company is the worst. They auctioned off my unit without notification. I lost personal items…read moreand hundreds of dollars in baby items that cannot be recovered. I requested info to contact the buyer so that I might be able to purchase back my items or at the very least my sentimentals. She refused (Edith); very rude woman. The owner of the company refused to speak to me. They made the entire ordeal more difficult than it needed to be. They stated that notification was sent via certified mail (which the post office told me was undeliverable). According to NH law; it's considered delivered notification as long as it's addressed, certified mail and received by the courier (not the tenant). This is an cruel practice that needs to be corrected within legislation!. Furthermore... They'll swear til they're blue in the face that they CAN legally put your info in the paper; after reading all associated statutes, laws, and processes, I have determined this to be 100% untrue. There is no statute that gives them this right.. nor is it stated in the rental agreement. They cannot legally release your address on any public forum or publication without expressed consent. The only exception to this rule is related to criminal related conditions. I am proceeding with legal action as I have the means to do so. If anyone would like to participate in getting some of these rules amended to allow privacy and property to be protected in the event of failed notice please get in touch. Also to all tenants who fell victim to auctioned property, as stated in the NH statutes; the lienholders/storage company is only allowed to keep the following monies in the event of a unit sale: past due rent cost, associated fees for the auction process and legal or repair costs in the event of other types of circumstances. They must by law, hold any remaining monies for 90 days and then paid to the renter. **** See you in Small Claims court Mr. Mitchell; you might want to consult legal on those privacy concerns because I have consulted 3 and furthermore amend your agreements to make tenants aware that you'll violate their privacy if they don't pay (borderline extortion). I bet they'll change their minds about renting your units.
