He provided an estimate of the cost within 24 hours. He advised that the flooring was not in stock and would be available in 2-3 weeks. Two weeks later I received a call from the company stating that the flooring was in and could be delivered. Tony explained the installtion process and answered my questions. The installation was completed in one day. I did not have to hire movers for furniture- just removed loose items. I was very pleased with the results and feel that the cost was competitive and reasonable. I plan to use the company again for additional flooring needs.
