This carpet store has been AMAZING! We continually return because they provide excellent quality carpets at the BEST prices! After comparing time and time again, they have always beat the competition. We've had them recarpet our rental home and the home that we sold. They have done hardwood repair in our new home and have bound a huge (15x 18' foot) carpet for our living room then installed it at a fraction of Home Depot's cost! Walked in and talked to the owner, he came to my house that night to measure and show me carpet samples. Within a week I had new carpet. We just bought a townhouse in Lake Ridge and are new to the neighborhood. The house was a foreclosure so the carpet was shot and we wanted to replace it with hardwood floors. We got estimates from Empire Today (OVERPRICED like crazy!), and two other private contractors based on recommendations from friends. They were all over our budgets. Just when we were about to give up, we drove by The Carpet store and they had big yellow "Close Outs" signs all over their windows. We decided to stop by. The store owner Arjun is very nice and we told him the measurements we had gotten from the house. His estimate was about $1000 less than the others. This included take up and disposal of the old carpet on our main floor and upstairs ( we left the basement alone) He came out to the house himself and took measurements. 10 days later, his crew came out and installed the floors. He estimated that they would take a day and a half to do everything. Six men in two vans came out to do the work and they did it in about 12 hours! We checked on their work periodically throughout the day and they did an AWESOME job. The price he quoted at estimate was the price we paid. Very straightforward and direct. We love our new floors! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their floors!!! read more

We bought a condo, and had limited time to get the flooring installed. Although the big box stores had flooring we liked, it was tedious to try and get it ordered, or speak to anyone about the product. Did a search, and The Carpet Store came up, and was impressed by the reviews, and the fact the prices were competitive with the big box stores. Arjan had samples that were close to what I had picked out at the other stores, and he came over to show me what they would look like in the condo. However, I found out that I needed the flooring sooner, so I called him and asked if he had any warehouse items, and he said he did. They were able to not only find me better items in their warehouse, but have it installed immediately. The installers were great, Arjan was always available to speak to by phone, or was in the store, if I had question. He was patient with me, and we are thrilled with the purchase. The prices were great, much better quality, and will buy from The Carpet Store in the future. read more
