The post-installation support has been disappointing and has left me feeling ignored as a customer. The condition of the carpet raises serious concerns about the quality of the materials and/or installation. I invested in a new flooring solution expecting durability and peace of mind, but received neither. The failure of the product so soon after installation is simply unacceptable.
