Allstate's crew of two very hard-working installers came on time each morning and did the entire job without any problems. (They had to climb 3 floors repeatedly but never complained.) They also repaired some outside lighting and took care of a few other minor house problems (interior door wouldn't close) we've struggled with for years. Today we had a flood in our house and about 30 gallons of water ended up in our ceiling. Not only was that horrible but it threatened our hardwood floors. Essam doesn't specialize in emergency repairs but one call from me and he was here within minutes. He drained the water, opened the ceiling so as to prevent mold, cleaned up the mess from the cracked ceiling and protected my hardwood. I've used many contractors in the 20 years I've lived in this area. None come close to the quality and care provided by Essam and his team.
