We came here because we knew we wanted to play mini-golf, but there were a few options. This one was one of two included in the Clifton Hill fun pass. We went with this because it was quite hot out, and this was indoors. Plus who doesn't love glow in the dark? This was a great time, with some trick shots, but nothing so impossible where it became frustrating. The only drawback was it was very crowded and it felt like we were waiting more than playing. It would be helpful to have a worker or two supervising in the area to ensure people are playing and moving not just messing around. I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone in the area. read more

Came here with the Clifton Hill Fun Pass. The glow-in-the-dark theme is fun! But because of how dark it is, it's sometimes hard to see the hole. They do glow, but due to the angle, it's not always obvious. Tip: While waiting for your turn, scout out that hole. As someone who has never done mini golf before, I found the trick shots/mini-obstacles fun to attempt, even though they usually ended badly. There were lots of fun spots for photo opportunity (though we had to kindly ask people to give us space before taking any photos since the place was jam packed). Overall a fun experience. However, if you're in a hurry, I would skip this one. It was 33 degrees outside the day I went, so it was extremely packed. About 1.5 hours to get through all 18 holes. read more

This is the most enchanting mini golf place we've ever visited! The glow in the dark paired with the fantasy theme felt so magical and fun. I see other reviewers have complained about the lighting, but I felt the lighting was adequate. It has to be dark for the glow to be noticeable. The holes don't get more difficult as you go, but the main entertainment from this place is definitely the aesthetics, in my opinion. My favourite mini golf place of all time!, I love glow in the dark mini golf and this has to be the prettiest and the most magical one i have ever been to. Great job to whoever designed the place! hats off to you! It fits in perfectly with everyone's love with magic and dragons the past few years. It isn't too crowded and the holes are interesting. They have different statues you can interact with as well. You can also take pics with all of them (although it is quite dark). The only complaint that i have is at the very end the last hole was very dirty. From all the wind blowing in the leaves... there was even a chip bag that was in the way of the hole and obstructed the scores because it wasn't in our straight line of view it was just around the bend. The employee that works there is constantly standing there and can see the entire front section of the last hole. Not sure why she wasn't cleaning up that area. Wizards Golf was a "spellbinding" experience! We were absolutely "charmed" by the copyright free references about a school for witchcraft and wizardry. Grab your wand (putter) and explore the "Diagon-ally" shaped putting greens. The courses are fun, but challenging, we were "stupefied" by the "riddikulus" obstacles! But we made an "unbreakable vow" to putt a par 3 or better. Walking in, I didn't know what to "expecto", but someone must have cast an "accio" spell for their Nimbus 2000 because I was "swept" off my feet by the glow in the dark artwork! We were "disarmed" by Wizards Golf's fair prices (which won't cost you a vault full of golden Galleons). And you will get your "sickle and knuts" worth: the course seems to go on forever, we practically needed a "marauder's map" to find our way through all 18 holes. This mini-golf course used to be known as Galaxy Golf which was "cursed" with less than "stellar" reviews, but like a "phoenix" rising from the ashes, they rebranded (with a familiar, but copyright free lightning bolt font) as Wizards Golf. The new and improved Wizards Golf should "silencio" the critics once and for all. We made so many wonderful memories at Wizards Golf, not even an "obliviate" spell could make us forget. read more

Decided to go to this one instead of the dinosaur one, and don't regret my choice. If you like a dark, nicely set glow in the dark mini golf experience like monster golf this is a fun place. Honestly it exceeded my expectations a little, there was clearly a lot of effort put into the paintings on the walls and all the sculptures of dragons, spiders, etc. Especially considering I already like monster golf type places, our family had alot of fun! I suppose course wise its not the most creative or outlandish but it's a pretty standard experience with some fun obstacles. Wizard's Golf was one of the attractions we were looking forward to going to because the online pictures looked amazing! I mean who doesn't like black lights! I am no where near an avid golfer or mini putter but when in Rome right? The entry process was simple and easy - we got our tickets and our golf sticks and proceeded downstairs to begin our round of golf. The decor was amazing! it was like we walked into another world! the carpet, the wall paper even the obstacles that you needed to pass at each hole. Had a really fun time with my wife, mom and kids at Galaxy Golf over the weekend. The glow in the dark mini-golf was really fun. It isn't the hardest course, but the space is expansive and the price is inexpensive, so it was all good. I think we got through the whole course (18 holes) in under an hour, but we had the place to ourselves and had no wait time in between holes. The artists/designers of this cool place deserve a lot of credit. At first, I didn't really know what I was getting myself into, but after seeing all of the interesting colors and designs, I was in awe. The glow in the dark paint was illuminated by black lights and some of the aliens and monsters that were painted were pretty freaky. I can't recall if there was much music but if there was, it certainly wasn't too loud. The overall effect with the decor was very cool for the kids and they really enjoyed. I went with a group of traveling adults to Niagara Falls and chose to pay for the 18-hole experience called Wizard's Golf. We all thoroughly enjoyed this place as it was much bigger than we had anticipated. The corridors, walls, and props glow with fluorescent paint under black light. One minute you're in a wizard's library with books, brooms, and other magical items hanging from the ceiling, to another area where you're facing off against a giant spider or in a crystal cave. Galaxy Golf is lame, cheesy and entirely enjoyable. The entire thing is underground, where black lights and fluorescent paint are used to make "glowing" holes amidst the darkness. The walls are painted with pop-culture iconography, and the greatest hits over the last 40 years blare over the speakers. The course is moderately imaginative, with bumps, tunnels and turns on each of the holes. When playing with friends, you'll probably find yourself taking pictures of the various scenes as often as you're actually playing. The whole thing ends in a rocket ship 18th hole near the entrance which sadly is a bit anti-climatic. Still, it's a pretty good time. read more

Galaxy Golf is incredibly cheesy, it doesn't pretend to be anything else. I am giving it four starts based on exactly what it is- and I wouldn't come visit Clifton Hill and have the whole cheesy tourist experience without it. It is included in the "Clifton Hill Fun Pass," and, everytime I have been there, has been frequented by drunk (but not too drunk to be obnoxious) parties & couples. There are blacklights everywhere. It is fun to be in there because it's so cheesy. (Wear white, and you'll glow!) It is a typical 18 hole minigolf, and there are enough variations on the holes to make it not boring. It has also never been so busy when I've been that I didn't enjoy it. Worth the visit if you're visiting Clifton. read more

The glow in the dark concept is really cool & the whole wizards theme is a great addition. I'm not a big mini golfer so I'm not sure if there are rules to the games but I would say each course is fairly small and pretty easy unless you attempt to utilize the built in ramps/obstacles used in each one. Course number 5 took one of our golf balls, and when we told the person at the front desk they informed us that it was broken. Shouldn't they have told us that beforehand? Or have a sign on the course at the very least. It's a cute activity overall. read more

Do not waste your time with this mini-putt. There are others and I'm sure more enjoyable ones in the area. The holes were not very creative or challenging. They all had the same lay-out, zero strategy and a random object in the middle. Half of the random objects were destroyed anyway. Save the 25$ and go somewhere else. read more
