While waiting in line, you are given various info about the ride, including the fact that everyone will get a score at the end. However, only the top 4 players got a score. When we asked the worker why that's the case, they said they didn't know, but that it hasn't shown scores for everyone for as long as he's worked there, so it's "normal" we didn't see it (okay, but then why are we told we'll see it while waiting in line?). Also, while in queue, we could see the live scores of the people currently playing (along with a photo of them in their chair). That's great... Except only those that aren't actually playing sees this. Again, how does that make any sense? The 3D glasses were also not that great. They were old and blurry. My friends all said theirs was the same. It worked, but it was quite blurry. Another problem is that there's no way to see which dot on the screen is yours. My friend said she shot a single point to the far left and realized the laser landed much higher than where she was pointing, so hers was unfortunately not accurate at all. Two of the top 4 players were sitting right behind us. As the scores were displayed, one of them said, "I held down the trigger the entire time!" The other responded, "Same!". I don't think that's how laser guns should work, but yeah, don't bother continuously pulling the trigger as you'll only risk tiring out your hand. Just spray and pray lol. I don't know exactly how long each ride lasted, but it definitely wasn't super long. Imo, not worth it unless you have the Fun Pass. Note: If you're carrying things with you, you'll either have to keep it in your lap or on the floor. There's no storage area.

Guests are strapped into a bucket-style seat that moves, vibrates, shimmys, and shakes during the interactive game. Users wear 3D glasses and have a Lazer scoped gun available to shoot zombies. These aren't your typical zombies as these ones are fast and extremely aggressive, so if you're not on your A-game you're going down. The game is fast-paced and there is a lot of movement and action on the screen and in the seat so if you can't handle this type of motion this ride might not be for you. All-in-all, if I was in town and looking for a fun time I would definitely come back.

The magic all flooded back when we stopped in Niagara Falls to look around while on a road trip from Toronto to Buffalo. When I saw Dinosaur Adventure Golf, I literally started screaming to go! In order to quiet me down, my hubby immediately bought a ticket for us to play two rounds of mini golf on each of the dino courses. This place is an absolute blast and an easy must-do if you're even remotely into dinosaurs. Everything is super well kept, clean, and clearly maintained, which makes the whole experience feel legit and not at all like a cheesy throwaway attraction. It's not cheap, but this mini-golf experience is worth every penny. I mean, DINOSAURS!!! There are two full 18 hole courses, each with a different theme. There's the T-Rex Trek and the Raptor Run, and both are rad in their own way. T-Rex is a bit more relaxed, while Raptor actually brings a real challenge for more experienced golfers (I say that very loosely). I'd recommend playing both courses for the best views of all the dinosaurs. A full round takes about an hour, unless you're super fast or a good putter. While the attraction was busy the day we visited, I never felt rushed or crowded. The theming is next-level, making this one of the very best roadside attractions I have ever visited. There are life sized dinosaurs everywhere you look, corny sound effects, rocky cavern terrain, and a 50 foot tall volcano that literally shoots fire. Not "pretend" fire. Actual flames. When it erupted with smoke and fire during my golf game, I was frozen in my tracks from sheer excitement! Guys, they have a VOLCANO. THAT ERUPTS WITH REAL FIRE! REAL. FIRE! Bonus points for the ticket value bundles that are for sale. You can pair this with other Clifton Hill tourist attractions and save a little money, which makes it an even better deal in a touristy area. There are wax museums and fun houses and carnival rides that are cheesy but also pretty awesome, so be sure to check out the discounts if you're going to make a day of it. Whether you're a hardcore dino nerd or just want a genuinely fun mini golf experience, Dinosaur Adventure Golf totally delivers. Fun, challenging, over-the-top, and way more memorable than it has any right to be.

It was also the start of the annual Borderline Jam which I was unfamiliar with since I'm just getting back into skating again but there were so many incredibly talented skaters it just blew me away! I am just an average rollerblader. I haven't hit a rink in a quarter century until this past week so I can't even remember how to skate backwards but I still go fast and just flying around the rink listening to music on a great sound system with fun lighting was enough to make me happy and get great exercise too! Admission is usually $10 (I had to pay $15 because of the special event). There are skates to rent but I know nothing more as I have my own. There are plenty of lockers and they are a quarter to lock each time (I was busy skating and never opened it again until I left). The key doesn't have a wrist band so make sure you have a pocket or a fanny pack or something to put it in. There is a snack bar with things like pizza, pizza logs, nachos, popcorn, etc. at a fair price. There are also some alcoholic beverages! There's also vending machines with plenty of snacks and drinks. There is an arcade too which I wanted to play but unfortunately almost every game was turned off and no one at the ticket counter - im not sure if it is like that every adult night or just due to the special event but I wanted to play some games! Staff was friendly but so were the people! Everyone that came up to me was just genuinely being nice and inclusive and not being a creep. That really made me feel happy and excited to come back. What I love the most was all shapes sizes ages colors genders styles and skill sets all harmonized as one. Everyone was really enjoying themselves, getting along nicely, if someone is coming around you fast they will make a noise so you know or they may gently touch you for a moment so you know they rounding you so no one falls. It was really a nice venue with wonderful people where you can feel safe and free from all of the silly arguments you see on social media, or rudeness you see out in the wild quite often. Whether your 80 years old and still able to fly around the rink, younger and full of dance moves on skates that make heads turn, average like me, or just starting out and need some help .. and people there will be happy to help you ... this is the place to be! The course itself isn't too difficult, it's mainly just using angles since there isn't a lot of elevation changes. However, the starting point on a lot of the holes where you place the ball, the rug is a bit bunched up so you have to move your ball or else you just hit the bunch. I've gone twice, once on a Friday night which was packed and on Halloween which was abandoned and when I took the pictures. I would recommend this place if you like mini golf, though try not to go at a busy time.

They do glow, but due to the angle, it's not always obvious. Tip: While waiting for your turn, scout out that hole. As someone who has never done mini golf before, I found the trick shots/mini-obstacles fun to attempt, even though they usually ended badly. There were lots of fun spots for photo opportunity (though we had to kindly ask people to give us space before taking any photos since the place was jam packed). Overall a fun experience.
