And the full internal framing replacement of 3 windows, insulation and drywall. Project crew was great, and professional. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up for was good before and after. Total work - $18k+

We had been planning to replace the fence since we moved into the house last year (3/2020) but…read moremoney was tight. Then came the wind storm at the end of January 2021, which ended up knocking down an already deteriorating post by the gate and pushed one of my fence sections into a neighbor's yard. It also made the other front-facing portion lean and wobble, coupled with cats that liked to push into the bottom part of the fence to get into my yard, my fence was not happy. It was 15+ years old, anyway and the boards were splitting all over. We also have a very determined German Shepherd, who liked to scream at neighbor dogs whenever possible. So, we got quotes from several places, including Sacramento Valley Fencing, which was by far the most reasonable of all the quotes we received. Wes worked with us patiently and provided quotes and kept the lines of communication open. Yes, the work should have been completed in 3 or so days. And, no it was not. However, there were extenuating circumstances that I could not fault the company. There is a wood shortage! As well as other shortages relating to fences! So they had to search far and wide to get supplies! Wes kept me informed and if I had a question, I just had to ask. The guys worked really hard in 90+ degree weather even when they're short-handed. I highly recommend Wes and Sacramento Valley Fencing! I love my new fence! Isn't my new fence pretty?

Iron Caz Fencing and Gates Construction Company is one of the BEST fencing companies in SACRAMENTO…read more(Northern California). They have done multiple iron fencing and gate projects for me and every time they exceed my expectations. Iron Caz owner, Daniel, is a professional welder - he used to do welding on skyscrapers in San Francisco. Daniel can custom make just about anything out of metal! Iron Caz has almost completed a massive iron fencing, pillar, concrete slab, and gate project - in our yard and our neighbors yard. In the neighbors yard, they had to take down about 450 feet of a 3 foot high brick wall. They put in 8 cinder block/brick 7 foot pillars, added 600-700 feet of commercial grade iron fencing, four large concrete slabs reinforced with rebar, and a bunch of commercial grade LiftMaster automatic openers and iron gates. This project is massive and the quality of workmanship is superior. They have done a terrific job. IMPORTANT: We got several quotes and Iron Caz Fence and Gate Company was the most competitive quote out of all of them. If you want great value choose IRON CAZ FENCING AND GATES. Most fencing and gate companies need to hire "subcontractors". Iron Caz can handle most construction related things itself saving you time and money. Trust me you won't be disappointed in their pricing or their product quality.
