They have a quiz night every monday and hog roasts throughout the summer months but you can always check out the website for any up and coming events. The sunday roasts are becoming legendary in the area so you need to go in early to ensure you dont miss out which tells you how good it is. The rear garden is lovely and always highly maitained making a lovely dining and drinking area when the weather permits. In short, it feels warm and cosy and welcoming. They do simple but tasty pub grub. Out the back, there is a beer garden and they also have a large dining section. There's also a bit of car parking available. Our son was very impressed with the large fishtank. Well placed in the middle of the village.
