When I decided…read moreI didn't want to make the purchase, they wouldn't give me back a 500 deposit I gave for them to hold a car until I could get to the dealership. I ended up completing the sale (again they had my 500) and they buried the title from accounting and the person that's ultimately signs ot. I texted both salesperson and finance and they promised to check, but didn't. Finally 9 days after the sale i got ahold of the title person. She had no knowledge of the transaction. She found it and sent it to me next day. If you want to work with an oversized toddler, then Ben Baker the business manager is your guy. If you want to buy a car from a professional dealership shop anywhere else!!!! By the way. If you are still reading, i did receive three requests for reviews from them, but no followup to close the deal. ​​​

Had deal with salesman to purchase new vehicle, even was still waiting for car to come in ( longer…read morethan originally stated) stopped in to discuss trade in and was then informed they were going to charge me $3,000. to $5,000 more over sticker price and originally stated price. Not only shocked by was kinda funny how the previous year when I bought a new same model car they bragged how bigger dealerships in Des Moines charge over sticker price and they don't do that, well i guess the almighty greedy dollar won out. i feel sorry for the great salesman that I had (Tom) that was put in the middle of all this and was the one I believe at the last minute was instructed to inform me over the price change - BE CAREFULL I GUESS THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MORE MONEY IS OVERCOME THE IMPORTANCE OF RELIABLE CUSTOOMER SERVICE AND HAVING REPEAT CUSTOMERS

Terrible pushy and after we said no they got mad and brought false claims over the phone about my…read morekids they intailly called to ask how can we make this right I explained to them that we didn't want that car and why and he says I'm the general sales manager of the store how can we make it right I explained what went wrong he said well we did have u approved but not no more don't come hear okay cool dude we don't want it 200k mile car for ten grand bruh and u don't call a customer say how can we make it right and then go off about their kids that's not how u do this ! My family drove over an hour to this dealership. Before leaving our home we were told earlier in…read morethe week "We have great news your approved." Most times that is great to hear. We had told the employees at this place what we had for stipulations on money, that we didn't have a down payment besides our trade. They had made it sound like no problem it will just make a payment higher. We decide ok let's give this place a try. Only for them to offer us next to nothing for our trade, which needed work, but the employee that I had talked to knew this ahead of time. The employee we dealt with on this day kept pushing for is there anyway you can come up with $500.00 to $800.00. After telling him from the get go about not wanting to have to put cash down. So yet again another dealership who doesn't listen to the customer. Need to be a little more friendly to people who you want to do business at your establishment. They are only getting one star because zero wasn't an option.
