Very honest business and they communicate everything well. I've been there for two different vehicles and was treated well; the service times estimates were accurate and they warranty their work. read more

Eddie and his team cheated me out of over $800. BEWARE Eddie claimed to have diagnosed my AC claiming my car needed a new expansion valve, and drier filter. after paying over $800 he claimed there was NO LEAKS because again he DID A LEAK CHECK and charged for a DIAGNOSTIC and my car "passed" leak check however it LEAKED completely by next day. My ac only worked on the same day I picked up my car. AC was hot and empty by the next day! ! AC systems aren't designed to empty themselves or are they Eddie? So How did my system fail after your diagnostic and repair? I took to another shop there was a leak which i had repaired with them because when someone looks you in the eye and says they are 100 percent sure they diagnosed your car and it would 100 percent work after his "repair" you can no longer trust that company. Paid exactly $875!! At this rip off shop for Diagnostic Ac recharge Expansion valve($20 part) Dryer filter ($22 part) And another recharge I was robbed of $875 from this company, I have the paperwork from the other place i went where they confirm the AC system was COMPLETE EMPTY by the following working day ( this took place on July 4th weekend so I was left with no ac all weekend) read more

i very seldom do reviews, but Eddie has always been professional and always impressed me with his expertise. Eddie does his best to give me the best quality work for the best price. I've been going to him for about 8 years and have told him, he's my air conditioning guy. thank you Eddie. read more

I was looking to repair my AC system in my older El Camino. Eddie gave me a fair and reasonable price, and had the inside blowing cold air when I picked it up. Love the AC Delco compressor. You can tell he takes PRIDE in his work and I'm glad I came across this shop. The workmanship was top notch and he made me confident he could handle or diagnose any issue. The heat wave didn't bother me as I drove home with a very cold cab. Elaine in office was friendly as well. Great experience here. read more

I have been trying to find a place to fix my AC in my WRX for a while. Being thrown ridiculous quotes from replacing my compressor to the condenser and lines. The staff at With Pride not only gave me great service they showed me what was wrong with the car after diagnosis and offered to fix it on the spot.. 20-30 mins later my AC was blowing freezing temps again with the help and knowledge they provide. It was easy in and out service they provide let alone on a Saturday! they really know what they are doing there. Very trustworthy! They got a lifetime customer! read more

Literal most incompetent shop i have ever dealt with Brought my truck in three times First time they did couldnt ID that the compressor had an issue, did a bandaid fix and charged me $700 second time they installed a new in box compressor that I provided, it failed 10 miles after install- i assume they didnt fill it with oil but they woulsnt diagnose it, wont take any responsibility. Charged me $600 Now claiming the whole AC system is toast and want $1900 to replace it read more

Eddie is not very friendly and overcharges on his work. Gave me a quote of $1000 just to add free on to my car. Not the first time we been here and usually every time he over charges! Not very friendly either. The front receptionist girl is very nice tho and friendly. There's other places with reasonable prices I don't recommend this place. read more

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Eddie was able to identify the issue quickly and gave me a good quote. I took that price and shopped around, and was subsequently quoted for double the cost of Eddie's quote. I went back to Eddie and he fixed my AC with no problems. Months later and my car still puts out ice cold air despite it being 100+ degrees outside. If you are hesitant go with Eddie, don't be. He is a good guy who knows his stuff. The receptionist is extremely kind and gave me water and snacks while I waited in the waiting room. With Pride is a great local business! read more

Cars a/c is blowing cold again! Great customer service from start to finish. Replacing the compressor is pricey but I'm back in business

Great small business. Great team working there. Diagnosed and fixed my AC in my car. So thankful I found this shop, had a nice cool summer being able to use my AC during the 100+ degree days. Thank you Highly recommend. read more

I had an issue with my car's AC . I reached out to them based on their reviews on yelp . I was a little curious as to how this company only seems to have positive reviews here . When I visited them , they remembered the conversation from the time I made the appointment and promptly looked at the issue and gave me a reasonable estimate for the work to be performed. I had mentally prepared for a huge bill but their quote was quite reasonable and they got it done in a couple of hours. The team there is very friendly and professional. I'm quite impressed and also now understand why they have so many positive reviews here. Thanks to them I'm now sitting cool in my car despite the summer heat . read more

I tried to remove the part about them threatening me by showing my credit card. But it is making write a brand new review. They explained that they meant showing a letter from my credit card company proving my fraud. Showing that I said that they didn't work on my car. I never said that. I said they left my car with the same problem. I said they put in a compressor and that was clearly not the problem. A letter from an outsourced credit card company that does not communicate what I told them does not prove that I was trying to defraud them. I am a customer who was wronged. But I want to tell the truth so I retract that they threatened me. Sorry read more

I expected a better business based on these reviews. I don't know where this business gets their parts from but their quote on parts made zero sense to me. Their parts price seemed inflated by a substantial amount. Their cost of labor was also high. In total it was a ridiculous price I was quoted for what was being done. They have the right to price what they want but I also have the right to write this review. I recommend you go somewhere else. I would have liked to see some more integrity to go with their pride. read more

Took my truck in and he fixed it on the spot! I will recommend everyone I know to take their AC issues here.

Last week, I stopped by With Pride Air Conditioning to have them check on my 2002 Toyota solara. Air conditioner went out after I recently replaced the engine. I was greeted by gal at the office and Eddie who came out to check on the vehicle. After a quick 5 minute inspection, he noticed that one of the hoses was not connected to the AC compressor. After plugging it in, AC started blowing cold air. The mechanic who replaced my engine wanted to charge me $400 for a new AC compressor. They were trying to trick me all this time. Eddie did not charge me a dime and stated that inspections are free. If I had cash on hand I would have definitely gave him a tip. Thanks for your honesty, quick and friendly service. I recommend anyone to see Eddie at With Pride for their AC needs. I will definitely return and recommend him to anyone. read more

First off Eddie gave great service! He was honest and straight to the point. I visited him on a Saturday and he checked my cars AC with no problem, only for me to find out, he was supposed to be closed. Great man for not turning me around and actually wanting to help me out. Checked my car, told me with confidence what was the problem, and gave me a full price. Went to him as a recommendation and as a girl I felt comfortable and like I could trust him. I've been coming to this place for at least a decade. It is a rare find. The old man who ran this place for decades finally passed and left it to his protégé as it should be. Thank you so much for the fast and courteous service for my Dodge. Much Appreciated. Great Service.

The folks here are incredible pros, super fast, and do not overcharge. They even helped me solve a long-running, tiny leak.

Yesterday, I called this shop to see if they were busy or if I needed to make an appointment. The girl said they were not too busy at the moment and I can bring my car in. When I arrived, Eddie diagnosed my car and he informed me that I needed a new compressor. He gave me a quote and I told him let me think about it. I drove off and called a couple of other places to compare prices. Eddie's quote was the cheapest so I returned back to this shop. He worked on my car and it was ready for me to pick up before they were closing. The ac in my car is blowing cold air again. Overall, great service and prices. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I would highly recommend the place.they are super friendly and honest.that is very rare in a repair shop.I had a 2017 Chevy Silverado that needed total air conditioning refill.I checked around and they were the only shop that refills r1234 Freon.they check for leaks for me for free, luckily they did because my condenser was bad.So the mechanic told me to go replace the condenser and come back.he did not want to charge me to refill it and it would leak out and have to charge me twice. So I replace the condenser and came back. They took care of me.Now my ac is ice cold! Thank u! read more

Friendly staff, cheaper prices than the other 2 quotes I got from local shops. I would recommend them.

One of cars had a minor mouse issue. The car had not been used while the driver was out of the country. Dealer quoted an incredibly high price to take care of the issue! I heard from one car dealer they took this type of work to With Pride Auto, so why don't I just go direct. I did, wow. Great price and they took care of the smell issue. Mice can be cute, but they leave behind a huge smell issue. I highly recommend them for any AC Related work. read more
