The little store was super cute, and had lots of options including wine, gift boxes, frozen food, jams, nuts, chocolate and fresh fruit and vegetables! Even coffee options in one section. I got some fresh fruit and although they didn't have the special Royal Riviera pears, I had high hopes that everything would be great, given the high prices! Well, it was only so-so, very average fruit, nothing special, in fact I've found better at Safeway and WinCo. The Moose Munch was not as fresh, tasted kind of chewy. And the nuts I tried were once again, nothing to write home about. I can't speak for the chocolate gift box I gave away, so hope it was decent, but I'm not confident it was! I probably would not come back.

Unfortunately, it arrived seven days after I placed the order, and the chocolate was completely melted and unusable. When I contacted Harry & David to resolve the issue, I was told that the order had actually been processed and shipped by their sister company, 1-800-Baskets.com. Nowhere during the ordering process was it made clear to me that my order would be passed on to another company. This was a very disappointing experience, especially since the gift was intended for an important business client. Do yourself a favor and use another company.

I also requested a square vase as in the photo I was looking at and she assured me she had those. The delivery arrived today and is NOTHING like we discussed.
