The red potatoes were soft, seasoned perfectly, and plentiful. The chef was generous with the ham, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, jalapeños, and green peppers. The best part? Those extra veggies weren't even part of the original skillet--they were suggested by the waitress, and she absolutely knew what she was talking about.
