I had to ask her to move to a different spot after half the massage. Then the head spa was not a head spa. She vigorously scrubbed my scalp with the pointed scalp tool for 2 shampoos. And then a quick conditioner with the same scalp tool. There was no massage of the head, temples, no different tools that they use in other head spa places. She "massaged" my shoulder back area again during the head spa but it was so rough that I am still sore 3 days later. I frequently get massages including Thai massages, Swedish, head, etc. There was no technique at all. Do not be mislead. The prices are cheap but there's a reason.

I don't know how to explain it, but she was gentle, but went really deep. I have an upper rib that pops out occasionally (OUCH!), and she was able to work it back in. Usually when I have work done on a particularly tough area, I cringe and can't relax, but she had me nearly falling asleep at the end. She is highly knowledgeable about anatomy and bodywork. She gave me some suggestions for adjusting my workspace and for stretches to feel better between massages. The treatment room is dark and cozy, and I'd highly recommend a treatment with her.

The way Dr. Jang evaluates my body and pain is truly unbelievable. He carefully goes over each part of the body--bones, muscles, and areas of tension--to find the root cause of the pain. I asked about it because it felt different from other chiropractic clinics, where they usually just do adjustments (which are still good). Dr. Jang uses a special technique called ART and treats my pain very gently. He explained that the muscles and pain points need to be properly evaluated first before doing any strong adjustments, which made a lot of sense to me. After several treatments, I felt a huge difference in my neck, shoulders, and back--as if the pain was being healed from the core. It's a very gentle but precise approach for deep muscle pain. I can tell that he really monitors my pain points and provides treatment based on my condition and progress, which makes the treatments even more effective. And the massage therapy afterward is truly amazing. I've dealt with pain from past car accidents, so I know how important it is to find good care--that's why I appreciate Eden Clinic so much. Fun fact: they have really advanced X-ray equipment and tools. Dr. Jang even discovered that my right leg is slightly shorter than my left, which may have caused me to lean a bit when standing.
