Thankfully, I had Shine wrap the entire vehicle with PPF after I bought it, so the rock didn't damage the paint or body. I called Shine and they got me in a couple days later. Fixed it all up with fresh PPF on the lower front panel and the car came back freshly washed and looking amazing. I will be back and would recommend Shine to anyone without hesitation. They deliver the BEST customer service, attention to detail on all of their work.

On my first transaction, I got the express car wash for $120. The word "express" doesn't accurately describe this service because Archie spent 2-3 hours thoroughly cleaning the interior and washing the exterior. Since he did such a fantastic job on my 1st car, I requested him to come back to do my 2nd car, and they only charged me $80 for the express wash since I was a repeat customer. On my 3rd transaction, I requested the Minty Exterior Package for $500. This included stage 1 machine polish and ceramic coating that lasts up to 6 months. Archie arrived 1/2 an hour early (as he typically does) and spent over 6 hours on my car. By the time he was finished, my car was sparkling like the brightest star in the sky! His son, Ryan, books all of the appointments and confirms the day before Archie arrives. I liked the fact that I didn't have to wait months in advance to get an appointment. Ryan also follows up afterwards to ensure that you were happy with the work that Archie did. Outstanding customer service! This son & father team are the dream team! Customer service level : I searched and read through MAS's yelp reviews. Every single reviewer gave MAS a 5-Star rating and positive feedback. 2. Professionalism and skillfulness in their service : The appointment process was easy (gave me the available date/time), and I came out to my house a few minutes earlier than the appointment time (8 AM). Archie explained what he would go through and what could be done and not done (honest but respectful). I chose a Mint Combo Plus (Interior / Exterior) + 1 Year Ceramic / Paint Sealant. Archie told me that it is a full-day job, and right then, I knew he was very thorough and will work on small details that customers care about. I am working from home, and every few hours or so, I went outside to see the progress, and every single time, I was happily and shockingly surprised to see how my black MDX was becoming new. Archie showed me the process (scratch removal) and how and why precisions are needed to avoid further damages that may occur. 3. Reasonable price : As I have received five different quotes, the price levels were similar in all of them. However, MAS explained every single process it would take detailing my car, and while others told me that it would take 2 ~ 3 hours max, MAS's full-day job gave me the confidence to choose them. I am very pleased with MAS's professional service and how Archie worked every bit of detail to ensure his customer was happy with the money he was paying for. I paid for the service with little extra as I was delighted with his meticulous service.

I didn't know hard tap water can cause mineral deposits on cars that will actually eat into the clear coat over time and eventually be impossible to get out. Not many people realize how simple sprinklers can destroy their car's paintjob, thanks to our extremely hard, mineral infested tap water here in OC. I called GC Auto Detailing late Friday afternoon and explained the situation to George. He was already finished for the day, but had me come by his house to examine my car. Him and his assistant had never seen such a water spot disaster. His assistant asked me stunned "did you spray this with a garden hose or something?" And I was like "yeah, you're not supposed to do that?" George explained the urgency of the situation and was unexpectedly accommodating to my schedule, letting me come to his house again at 7am the next day (Saturday) to give my car a thorough wash and try to get the water spots out. Luckily they were able to get the water spots out of everywhere except one side trim piece, avoiding a disaster. George even polished all the surface scratches we could find out of my car, and gave me some good car washing tips. Him and his assistant taught me how to properly dry my car by spreading and dragging a microfiber towel in a straight line with no pressure on the paint, how to hand wash the roof of an SUV by standing on the rear tire, what types of water to use to minimize the risk of water spots, and washing/drying techniques to avoid water spots (avoid washing in the sun, washing/drying in sections, etc). My car came out looking stunning with 98-99% of the water spots gone, so my paint job was saved. I'd highly recommend George as he's an expert and really knows what he's doing.
