What a nightmare it has been working with Alex, I was promised and told by Alex that my car would be ready by Sunday afternoon. I had dropped off my car Friday for a front PPF and window tinting. I was givien a price for the job and if I paid early I would get a discount. I honored and paid Alex early, this was my mistake. Note: Please make sure DO NOT pay for your job in advance. He then calls me Sunday and lets me know he isn't able to compete the job and needed till Monday 9am. I had previously told him that I needed the car done by Monday 9am because I'm shipping the car and this needs to be done. I had it booked for the carrier to come get it Monday and he messages me Monday before 9am stating that he needed till 11am. So I had to cancel and rebook my car for the next day. Which cost me extra. Then he messages me the next day and has the same issues and needed my car till 12pm. At this point I was really pissed off since I had to cancel the carrier a third time and also had to deal with dumb carriers because of Alex. Run an honest business and you'll go a long way. I was going to bring my other cars, but with my experience I would never let this company touch my car again. I wanted to help local/small businesses but this guy does not know how to run a business and be honest reliable person. I would highly suggest not paying this guy in advance.
