I had never sold or bought a house before and they helped me do both with ease. I need to put my father's house up for sale after he passed away and Paul and Elizabeth had been my property managers at the place I was renting. They were so wonderful at handling everything for us as tenants for 10 years so I decided to ask them to be my agents for the sale as well. They did everything for me, I mean they handled EVERYTHING! Including getting me the best deals for some things I had to do before I sold the house. They gave me the best contracting referrals, they immediately started open houses and walk throughs, they made sure I got what I wanted for the house. Then they helped us with our own purchase. They made it so fun to look for our new house and really listened to what was important to us. In fact, they are actually the one's who ended up finding us our dream house which we are now living in! It was such a smooth transaction and tey were on top of everything. Anything I need to do....they were right there holding my hand and telling me what came next. I never thought dealing with agents could be like this, an absolutely awesome and happy experience. We are so thankful to them for the smooth road to our happy home!

I manage a small family real estate investment business, and Ron and Patty have assisted us in the purchase of 6 homes in the San Diego area over the years. Their knowledge of the market has been invaluable, and each transaction was handled professionally and efficiently. For each purchase, we told them of our objectives and they took the time to understand our needs. As a result, they were able to target the properties which were appropriate, and saved us time by not taking us to see places which were not suitable. At the time of purchase, they were able to negotiate a price that worked for both our family and the seller. Further, when it came time to sell the house that my 86-year old father had lived in for 30 years, Ron and Patty were able to advise us on the correct pricing and marketing strategy. They also helped us think about the next steps for my father in terms of the next chapter in his life. Because of their wise council, the house sold within weeks. Finally, I do not believe that Yelp is the proper place to air professional grievances, and I think it was quite unbecoming of Cindy D. to post her review. The real estate business is highly competitive and it is extremely unprofessional for one real estate agent to review another. If Cindy D. has an issue about professional conduct, she should take it up with the Board of Realtors, or any other professional body. It is real estate brokers such as Cindy D. who give Realtors a bad name by airing professional pettiness. She should be ashamed.

This is what happened: My 1 year old Son, Husband and I moved to Sofi Highlands on 2/18/2023. Five days later our sons bathroom and bedroom was flooded with feces water from the upstairs neighbor. The maintenance team responded quickly and told us to leave the unit for one week due to it being an unsafe environment for us. We packed what we could in such short notice, woke up our Son and got out of there. With half of our items still in boxes from our original move and without being able to enter our Son's room, we have been living a nightmare as our Son cries through the night every night. Since the maintenance team was so responsive, we thought the property management would do the same. Unfortunately they have been unfair and heartless. After being told that this unit could take over a week to bring back to livable conditions, we have tried to work something out with Melissa Aysa from Cushman & Wakefield to accommodate us with a CLEAN and SAFE unit for my Family. We have been denied a transfer into another 3 bedroom unit with the same rate. They want to charge us an additional $600 more per month for the same exact lay out as before. They have also told us that if we decide to make the move, they will also not approve to reimburse us for the moving company, which would allow us to pay for this move. We are in complete disbelief that we are being mistreated especially after being patient and doing everything they have asked of us. Having to prepare for yet another move is not something our 1 year old Son should have to endure. All we ask is for our Landlord to move my family and I into a clean and livable unit, yet they seem to lack humanity and heart to help us through this nightmare we have had to endure living at their property. Very unprofessional and unreliable company. Would not recommend moving here, 0/5.

Absolutely a total and complete rip off, waste of time and waste of money! Where do I even begin?…read moreFirst and foremost, they are incompetent and only about making money and not servicing their clients. Virtually every request of them required them to "consult" their cognitively impaired and incompetent blow hard attorney for $500+/hour. They withheld funds in case "we were sued to defend ourselves"???????? If you are being sued, it would be by the heirs of the estate and we are not going to sue you and pay for your defense of our suit concurrently!!!! That shows a complete lack of knowledge of the law as it applies to fiduciaries. They recommended someone supposedly very well versed in probate financial reporting who after being paid to do a report, "did not understand the scope of the task", demanded more money and then did not finish their job. The fiduciary accepted the accounting, even though it was incomplete and paid the incompetent accountant. They lied in court to cover their incompetence. The fiduciary did not deliver financial documents on time to the accountant. The accountant lied in court as to their not completing the report. The fiduciary lied in court to cover the incompetency of their friend, the accountant. A Fiduciary committing perjury is not a good look! I guess the most damning thing of all is that they couldn't even pay bills on time. The Trust had very few bills, so it was an easy job for all of the money they were being paid. Yet, they let at least one of the Trust's assets go into default, with the foreclosure process started because they missed 3 straight mortgage payments. They refused to accept blame for putting one of the Trust's assets into default, instead blaming the lender who was blameless in the situation. The Fiduciaries lack of diligence almost put the Trust's largest asset into foreclosure. I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, if you need a fiduciary, these are the wrong people to choose. Find someone who is competent, does not charge an arm and a leg for doing basic work and who actually does what a fiduciary is supposed to do.
