They were so patient about answering all of our questions, and they were always available whenever we called. Being the trustee for selling my parent's house, they were able to assist with our many specific concerns of selling a home that is in a trust. The listing they created was beautifully done with amazing photos and expertly done staging. It showed the immense character of the home and the Mt. Helix area where it was located. They were confident they would be able to get the best price possible for us, and the house was only on the market for 6 days. The final offer we went with was over the asking price we initially wanted! Not only were they fantastic realtors, but fantastic people. We will never forget their compassion and honesty throughout the difficult emotional process of selling a cherished family home for 48 years. We formed a friendship that will last forever, and they will always be like family to us. Thanks for your hard work! -Laura and Korwin Kirk

I personally spend a lot of time at the grills, gym and the pool is a resort style and huge! Another benefit of the complex being large is that it's a great place to walk and get steps in with a great scenery. The common cowork space is such a luxury add also. This complex is very unique, if you live in a townhouse it's the perfect blend between privacy, having a garage and also enjoying the amenities. The staff is a complete powerhouse. Alexis, Becca, Kelly, Maria, Mike and Champ are such a great team. They're all very kind and enjoyable to be around. Very helpful. You really can't find a better place to be in the area. 10/10 recommend.

Warning: False Commitments & Zero Accountability at Marlowe Palomar Heights…read more Do not trust verbal or written assurances from the leasing office. I was guided by multiple leasing staff personnel to complete an official referral form with explicit promises that the referral would be honored upon move-in. Once the resident moved in, management completely bailed on the arrangement, and came up with the process that wasn't explained neither to the referring resident nor the new resident. Despite repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved and that the Regional Manager would call me directly, I received zero updates or follow-up. Using false promises to get people through the door and then ignoring them afterward demonstrates a complete lack of professional ethics. Extremely disappointing experience. The negative reviews and the rating going down every now and then reflects the lack of commitments & zero accountability by the management.
