I called twice during business hours and they never answered the phone and there was no answering service. I was trying to become a new customer, very unprofessional. read more

Excellent doctor and service! My 89-year-old mom has had eye surgeries and was having issues. She wasn't happy with other optometrists she'd seen, so I found Wisconsin Vision through great Yelp reviews. Dr. Blake Church gave her a thorough exam, diagnosed that she developed a post-surgery screen over her eye as is common, and recommended surgery to remove it. He recommended she doesn't get new glasses until the screen is removed. He was so thorough and explained everything to her in a way that was easy for her to understand. I'm so glad we found Wisconsin Vision and Dr. Blake!! read more

I came in to make the switch from glasses to contacts -- after literally 2 hrs of failed attempts to get them in/out , I DID IT!! Thank you to Careena & Sam for their patience & support in helping me, you two rock! Definitely a 6 out of 5 star moment! read more

I went to Wisconsin Vision in Franklin to fill a new glasses prescription, and had the best experience there in the capable hands of Carreen and Jahlen, both of whom were very knowledgeable and professional, not to mention very pleasant and fun to work with. I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending them highly. read more

I stopped in today at Wisconsin Vision on 27th St., Franklin. I am not a patient of this group, but was hoping they would fix my husband's glasses. Both the young man and Mary J. were extremely kind and helpful. I explained that my husband had fallen and bent his glasses and was in the hospital. Mary rebent the glasses perfectly and then said how about replacing the nose pieces as they needed it. She did this without charging me for any of these services. I would highly recommend this group based solely on their excellent customer service. Marcy L. read more

I absolutely love the ladies here!! Wonderful experience every time and i normally hate going to the doctor. I highly recommend this place.

Jahlen was helpful with frame selection and answering my questions. Fast, friendly and helpful. The exam doctor was helpful also.

I went in back in May for a routine eye exam. I'm in my 30's and writing seen at a distance was starting to look slightly distorted, so I suspected I might need glasses. During the exam the optometrist Dr. Stephanie Dorazio-Brafman (virtual visit) incorrectly diagnosed me with large retinoschisis and said I needed to see an ophthalmologist right away. When I went to see the referred ophthalmologist he said he had no idea what she was talking about after examing my eyes (everything looked completely normal). Not only was the additional eye exam extremely uncomfortable (who likes getting their eyes poked and proded repeatedly?!), but it cost me an additional $100! The tech was friendly at least. read more

Not really sure why the reviews are so bad for this place. Everyone was very friendly. The eye doctor made me feel extremely safe and comfortable. I didnt feel rushed or unimportant. He explained in detail for a dummy like me who doesn't go get regular eye exams. It was a pleasant experience to say the least! read more

I had my eye exam done there, the optometrist was nice but the staffs were rude and unprofessional. I was regret I didn't take a few minutes to read the reviews before I booked my appointment just because it's close to where I work. Not recommend anyone to go there. Apparently I went to another place to get my new pair of glasses. read more

Rude and get put off when you ask about pricing, it's all a scam over charging people, and as I was leaving a woman sitting at a computer thought she would be cute by giving me some stupid look making faces at me because I wouldn't buy their scam I guess she thought I wouldn't notice. I'd suggest avoiding due to the way they try to avoid giving an accurate price, I was quoted "about $589" and didn't include any coatings, I clearly asked how much for their best and she still didn't give me a final price. read more

Hoping for a better experience than the one I had at one of their other locations last year, I decided to head over to this Wisconsin Vision. I am so glad that I did! Everything about this experience was top-notch, from the service to the speed in which I received my glasses. While here with my husband to pick out my new glasses frames, we inquired about any possible appt spots that may have opened up, in the hope that I could be seen while we were there. Unfortunately, they didn't have any spots open, so we kept my appt that was scheduled for 2 days out. Later on that day, I received a phone call from them, stating that they had a cancellation for 4pm the next day and asking if I would like that opening. Of course, I took that spot immediately. I was very impressed that the staff took the time to call and offer me that opening. The doctor who did my eye exam was very nice and personable. He was even able to talk me into getting my eyes dialated. Until then, I had never had that done (mainly due to fear on my part, not knowing what to expect).Turns out, I had absolutely nothing to fear. The process was much easier than I thought. I will not hesitate to get it done again in the future. My glasses arrived in exactly one week, which made me very happy. I will absolutely come back to this location again. read more

The staff were very friendly and wait for my prescription glasses came in less than a week. Satisfied with service here. Thanks Wisconsin vision. read more

Wisconsin Vision - Optometrists Near Me - Franklin, Wisconsin

Doctor is very nice and personable. Staff is rude and the Manager is HORRIBLE. After going here for a few years I finally got angry enough to post a review. Staff was rude and short. Eventually once you sit down with them they actually do help understand your insurance if you can get that far. The first two times I was there they didn't listen and thought I was a different patient. They are short and rude. The final straw was last visit. We talked about trying the daily contacts but I decided I wanted to stay with 2 week. The prescription was for dailies and I was gonna place my order online before the 20% discount ran out. I called and talked to the guy at WV and he told me to put the 2 week ones even though the script was written for dailies. He said they would call and he would approve..."no problem". They called and he rejected my 2 week contacts. I found out the next day after the coupon expired and ultimately his rejection cost me $150. That's where it gets good. The Manager is HORRIBLE! She was rude and degrading. She had to call me back. She finally agreed to give me samples to make up for their screw up but she cheated me and gave me partial boxes. I feel bad for the doctor who is super nice. I will NOT go back. read more

This was one of the worst eye exams! My appointment was at 3:30 and was told to arrive at 3:15 to fill out paper work. My paperwork was done by 3:20 and there I sat. There were no other patients there(exam room was wide open) and I guess I was suppose to use the time to select frames. That would have been great if someone would have helped me but I was left to wander alone. My exam started at 3:45 and I was done by 4:00 which included the time to wait for my eyes to dilate. The doctor never addressed my concerns( she barely spoke to me) and before I New it we were done. When I asked them to explain what my insurance would cover for new glasses they really couldn't tell me. I paid my copay, took my prescription and told them I would get my glasses elsewhere. Never again! read more
