We waited for a bit to write this review as we were hoping they would make things right…read more Unfortunately we have had no response from them so wanted to share our experience. When we were given the quote it was for $145 an hour with no mention of any "additional fees". When the gentleman came to do the job he was a pleasure to work with and did a great job!! We have no complaints on that part. The problem came when the bill was received and it was hundreds more than what we had anticipated. When discussing with the owner this is what we were told. Plumber is $150 an hour not $145. There was an additional $45 and hour for a young man to pick up concrete and collect tools. We had to pay for drive time to and from the house. There was a jackhammer fee. And we had to pay for them to clean out the truck . Which consisted of half a barrel of concrete and about 10 feet of pipe. We feel that should have been shared when given the quote, not after the fact. I suggest you ask about these fees before confirming an appointment.

He did everything he could to clear the drain, but the clog was further in the pipe than his equipment could reach. So he didn't charge me! Tim said he would pick one up and delivery next week with work to be done as we had another appointment on their calendar. They did not show up and did not call us. Previously we had requested them to redo our bathroom about 8 years ago. They came, said they would give us a quote and get back to us. That never happened. Needless to say, we called Doug's Furnace/air. Showed up on time with a mask on, and a hot water heater as it is their warranty to bring their own. The heater was put in and two new outdoor faucets within a few hours. Excellent work! We will go through Doug's from here on out for any work on these areas. Would not recommend All Action to any friends or family. Disgusted! Duane and Nancy Gosa
