Perfect, personal service. Booked our car from the UK with William by phone although email via his site would have been fine. He responded by email and text to my mobile/cell phone which made us feel very confident in his service. We arrived 2 hours delayed but our driver was there holding up our names at arrivals. He was polite, carried our luggage and we even got a call from William to thank us for our custom as we sat in the back of the Sedan. Now thats what I call service. read more

I used WiroLimo for an airport car service from JFK to Manhattan. Their customer service is excellent! They provided me a quote upon booking. They were upfront with all charges - no hidden fees. The driver communicated with us prior to arriving and we were met promptly at the pick up location. Carlos was very friendly and personable and made the ride enjoyable. The airport taxis now provide a flat-rate from the airport to Manhattan which is cheaper than the car service (With tip it still comes out to over $65). But you don't get a comfortable, air-conditioned, clean car with great service. I would definitely use WiroLimo again. read more

Ok, honestly, I think 5 stars may be a bit too much; but on the other hand, all other reviews are totally true, so if based on the same observations I'm wiling to give a lower rating, maybe it's only that I'm too strict. And after all, I don't want to lower Wiro's average... The skinny: William is very friendly and promt in replying; drivers are professional and punctual, cars are clean and comfortable, prices are not bad. Overall, very good experience. What could be improved? Cars don't seem very new (but I'm not an expert of US models, I must say), and on arrival at JFK it took the driver a few minutes to pick us up. Will I look for an alternative next time I come to the city? Definitely not, I'll turn to Wiro again, and I definitely recommend it. read more

I used Wiro Limo for transportation to Manhattan from LaGuardia, and back a few days later. Here's what you can expect... 1. Amazing customer service. I had questions prior to booking, and they promptly answered them. 2. Amazing communication. The driver will text you, the day before your reservation, to assure that everything was set up. I had my wife & kids with me. This was very important and assured me that we wouldn't be stuck at the airport. 3. Polite/respectable drivers. Juan was great!!! 4. Overall sense of relaxation, because they truly have everything under control and are reliable. 5. Nice vehicle....my kids LOVED rolling in the stretch limo. 6. Fair & competitive pricing. I highly recommend them, and will use them as my primary car service while in NYC read more

Found William and his team of professional and courteous drivers on Yelp. It's the third time I'm using them -- I travel quite a bit on business -- and he's totally on -- always quick, and drivers are always on time. After my first booking, he greeted me by name whenever I called him. Little things like that matter. He is also good for last minute bookings. I think his rates are fair, and he's better than the larger impersonal car services. read more

WiroLimo was great. William stayed in constant contact with me. From the time I placed the reservation until I was picked up at Newark airport. William didn't have my cell number so he called my office in the morning to get it while I was already in flight. When I arrived in Newark, William called to tell me that he was already at the airport and where to find him. The car was clean and William and WiroLimo are as professional as it gets. He had a bottle of water and newspaper waiting for me in the car. I had one unscheduled trip on my way to my final destination and William was more than accommodating. I would recommend WiroLimo in a heartbeat. read more

WiroLimo - William of WiroLimo - Limos Near Me - Queens, New York

I wish WiroLimo had a better online reservation system like Uber, Lyft, Dial7 or Carmel that would probably make it a 5 star rating. The communication was good, you get an email confirmation and a text. When your driver is coming, you'll get another text. My driver was polite and courteous. His car was clean, helped me with my luggage and asked me if the temperature was ok and if I wanted any bottled water. I paid with my credit card so there is an additional 20% charge for tax and tip. I needed a receipt for my expense report so I emailed Wiro and got a quick response with the receipt from my ride. It is pretty expensive compared to other car services but the cars are better kept and the service is good and reliable so you get what you pay for. read more

This was my first time using a car service in NYC and I wasn't disappointed with the service by William and his team. I made my reservations by way of their website and opted for paying in cash. Smooth process and received confirmation of my reservation within one business day. The morning of my flight to NYC, I received a text from my driver, Gerson, who informed me he was my driver and to let him know when I arrived. Very much appreciated and assured me that WiroLimo was already looking out for me! Gerson arrived on time and it was a smooth ride from LGA to Manhattan even through morning traffic. The Lincoln sedan was clean inside and out. I also appreciated Gerson's personality as well! Overall, I give these guys five stars for excellent and efficient service. Will definitely be using WiroLimo again in the future! read more

Wiiliam of WiroLimo never fails to impress me. I recently booked with WiroLimo again to transport my parents around in NYC for their vacation, and as usual, it was flawless. Even after 1 flight cancellation, a plane change, and an hour delay into Laguardia, William was on top of all the changes and never missed a beat. After their trip, my parents raved about the drivers they got and how welcoming and professional they were. They were very impressed. At the time I booked this trip, they were just going live with their new booking website and I haven't got to use it yet, but it looks much easier now to book a reservation and submit your credit card info. Keep up the good work Wiro! read more

William was awesome. We booked last minute, based on Yelp reviews and were pleasantly surprised. The price is very reasonable, half as much as the hotel was going to charge us to provide a car from the airport. The vehicle was in great condition (black tahoe), the driver was pleasant and knew how to take us exactly where we needed to be. On the way back after our stay in NY, William was our driver and did a fabulous job of negotiating through rush hour traffic to get us to the airport on time for our flight. I honestly can't say enough good things about WiroLimo. Thanks William. read more

Review LONG overdue! (Service was Oct 2015)I had the misfortune of wasting my time with approximately 4 other limo services who never returned my calls or email about quotes or reservations. THEN I found WiroLimo...I was a little worried as it was around 10:30am Friday and needed a 7am pickup Sat. Not only that, but I needed something big enough for 4 adults and 2 children WITH car seats. I called and it was busy, but they mentioned I can reserve online. Went to the website and filled out the request. I was contacted within the hour to confirm; I then got a text from Henry (the actual driver) to confirm. The day of the pickup he text to let me know he was on his way and then when he arrived. Henry was a real professional, very courteous and we had no issues at all going from Wall St. to JFK. Kudos to this business, we were extremely satisfied with their service! read more

I chose William to pick my girlfriend up from the Airport after reading the reviews on Yelp. I was not disappointed. To quote my girlfriend - "...gentleman...charming..." He was on time and even sent me a text message letting me know that he was tracking her flight and would be there on time. I can only confirm what the other reviewers have already mentioned - he is prompt, polite and professional. He charges extra if you use a credit card and he picks you up in an SUV dwarfs most apartments in the East Village. Highly recommended. read more

William was fantastic, on time & professional. We had a car seat with our cranky 2 year old & he put on a movie to help settle him down! At the airport, he even helped getting him into his stroller! We will continue to use him every time we come to NYC! read more

After reading the glowing reviews about William from Miriam, Chantelle and Jeremy here, I decided to use William myself when my kids and I flew to Newark from SFO for Christmas. He was everything they said he was and more, just an all around pleasant and professional driver with a genuine warmth and kindness. He was very conscientious texting me the day before his pick-up to reconfirm the time of our arrival. The day we arrived it so happened his SUV suffered a flat and he texted me to let me know regretfully that he couldn't pick us up but he would send another driver, Armando, was just as nice and professional as William. William so apologetic but he made every effort to ensure we would be picked up. We finally met William on the return to EWR and true to form, he was as friendly in person as he was in email/text/phone! His SUV is very nice and comfortable, my 14 year old son was very impressed at how high tech he was and how "cool" his SUV was. William's appearance is also impeccable and professional (he wears a suit/tie). Anyway, I'm going to recommend William to all my friends and colleagues anytime they fly to the NY area. If you want a great driver you can count on, he's your guy. read more

Couldnt have been easier. The service is everything everyone has written (which is why I selected it in the first place.) The contact was followed up on quickly. All my questions were answered. The pick-up at JFK was smoothe and on time. The driver was courteous and efficient and William followed up personally both to confirm I was satisfied and also quickly handled a billing goof up. I would highly recommend this transport service - made the end of a long travel day wonderfully relaxing and stress free. read more

Just returned from a family vacation in NYC, and used WiroLimo for transportation from LGA to our hotel in Times Square, and back again at the end of our trip. Cars were nice, drivers were very courteous, and they were early for both trips. Would certainly use them again - beats the heck out of a taxi, and not that much more $$$. read more

On our recent trip to New York we treated ourselves to a limo. Email correspondention between us and William was easy (and fast, I expected some delays because of the time difference between US and The Netherlands, but this guy seems to be working round the clock!). Immigration at JFK was hell, and took way longer than usual. I got a friendly phone call from William to check if we had already arrived. When we cleared immigration I texted William what I thought was our location (signs at JFK: you suck!). After some misunderstanding on my part Felipe found us, and a big, shiny white limo pulled up. Very nice! Wiro Limo: thank you for an amazing start of our NYC trip! read more

Our car service of choice when visiting NYC. We usually book them for runs between JFK - Midtown. Originally found them via Yelp around 2008, and have never looked back. Everyone is very communicative, and on the return out to the airport, have found the drivers always ready to go, at T-minus 15 to 30 minutes. Clean cars, friendly and professional drivers, efficient use of Google Maps for traffic info, and reasonable rates. Traffic to JFK is always horrible and if not for the kids + baggage, we'd probably take the train out. But that's another discussion. read more

Wow, I recently used William's service after reading his rave reviews here on Yelp. I am so happy that his service is as good as everyone says it is. My sister and arrived at different airports on the same morning so I hired William to pick her up and I tried another service. My experience with the other service was horrible, driver late, didnt speak good English.. My sister was so happy with William, he was very professional and waiting for her. Drove safely and very friendly. We obviously decided to hire him to drive us back to the airport and I will say he makes you feel very important, goes out of his way for you. I will definitely use WiroLimo in the future and highly recommend him. read more

First time visiting New York and wanted to smooth ride to the hotel. Got a text the night before our flight from Fernando and right before the time I designated to be picked up, he texted again to let him know when we were outside to get picked up. When we were walking towards arrivals, gave him a call and he told us where to meet him. The car was clean and everything about booking to dropping us off was great. I will definitely use them again. read more

I chose this car service, based on its top ranking, here on Yelp -- and I wasn't dissatisfied at all. During the days I was here on business, the weather was not good - numerous downpours and/or drizzle. If you can pre-plan your trips beforehand, you'll always have a nice car waiting. About 24 hours prior to my trip, I emailed William with my details. He quickly responded with details and pricing for my JFK transfers as well as various intercity trips. The pricing was quite comparable to what I had paid for taxis in years past - maybe around 20% more. Upon my arrival at the airport, I was greeted with a text from the driver, advising me where he would pick me up. I think my wait was something like 2 minutes, once I got outside. I then had various pick-ups within the city. Each time, the driver texted and/or called to confirm times and availability. At one time, I was in a meeting that was running long. As long as I kept the driving informed, he was fine to wait. I think they were a little annoyed and my extra wait-time charges were a little excessive, but otherwise, all of my trips from / to airport, within the city were prompt. The key is to plan your itinerary in advance -- they do not respond well to ad-hoc trips, unless you can give them as much as 24 hour notice. The cars and/or SUVs are all very clean; drivers well dressed, and polite and very professional (Felipe comes to mind). NYC traffic can be challenging to the best drivers and all drivers that I had handled it with ease. My only issues with the company is that I had to email them 2 times, to request that they send me an itemized listing of trips and charges per trip. On business trips, that is a needed item for expense reports. Additionally, if you put the entire itinerary on a credit card, it is nice to see how the charges break down. I would certainly recommend WiroLimo and will use them again for my trips to NYC. read more

I see that they have grown a lot since I used last reviewed them so I was worried that I would get somewhat impersonal service from a random dispatcher. But William is still actively involved with reservations and email and he was quick to respond (less than 24hours) to my email questions. I love this... I've let my NJ family know about this service when they visit NYC this summer. I am using Wirolimo whenever my family or friends visit NYC. Just booked another trip with them for my parents. Thank you! read more

Excellent car service! We used it to and from airports to hotel in Manhattan. Drivers were on time and professional. No crazy zipping in and out cab ride. We were able to sit back comfortably in an SUV for a smooth and comfortable ride. Thank you Jonathan and Manuel for making us feel safe and comfortable! Thank you WiroLimo for providing bottled water. Highly recommend. read more

Does anyone know if this company is still in business? I've written two messages to them via their website and one message via Yelp and I haven't received a reply. I called their phone number and just got a machine. This seems unusual given the comments I've read about Wiro... If they are out of business, can anyone recommend a limo service from JFK to Manhattan? Thanks Update: Wiro never responded to my three attempts at contact. Very disappointed. Used Quick Ride Corp. They did not disappoint. The drivers arrived early, they called to confirm the day of, they called to announce their impending arrival, they were courteous and efficient. Highly recommend Quick Ride Corp. read more

Scenario: Pretty girl (yes... me!) traveling to NYC for her first time, all alone. No cab experience, no mass transit experience and NO NY STREET SMARTS to get me through a cab line at La Guardia! Solution: WiroLimo Car Service. Not that I was frightened of my potential NYC experience, but damn it I was on vacation and did not want to deal the hassle of getting a cab. I was a solo rider so I expected to get a sedan. What I got was curbside service, assistance with my luggage, and a snazzy little Cadillac Escalade. Rollin into NYC in style... all for only $10 more than a cab! Oh yeah baby! I even recommended Wiro to friends traveling the same weekend and they had the same seamless experience. You will get text message updates and calls from your driver who will be waiting as soon as you land. Think of them first and use them often! They deserve it! GREAT COMPANY! read more

What a treat! After a weeks vacation in NY, the last thing my partner and I wanted to do was ride the LIRR or catch a cab back to JFK. On the morning of our departure, I sent Wiro an email to see if they had any drivers available for a 2pm pick-up. Within seconds I received a call that there were plenty of drivers available. At 130pm, our driver called us and said that he would be in front of the hotel in a black SUV. An SUV? I thought we were going to be in a sedan...a score none the less. Picking us up on time, our driver turned on his traffic-ap on his iPad and we traveled from Chelsea to JFK in 45 minutes. The vehicle was clean and looked rather new. I'll definitely give Wiro Limo another call during my trip to NYC. read more

Amazing! I chose WiroLimo based on the Yelp reviews and am so glad I did! WiroLimo picked me up at Laguardia airport. The driver remained in constant contact with me until we met up (he was meeting me at baggage claim but my flight was 30 min. EARLY!) He helped me with my bags both at the airport and at my apartment. The whole trip was relaxing and hassle free, which is exactly what I was looking for in a car service. I would recommend WiroLimo to anyone and everyone who is visiting NYC!! Great company . . . keep up the good work! read more

I called WiroLimo based on Yelp reviews, and we were very well taken care of for a very competitive price! William is prompt and professional with his communications, he texted me as soon as we had landed letting us know he knew we had arrived. Rolando, our driver from JFK, was great and very helpful. William, the owner, was our driver from Manhattan back to JFK, and very friendly and professional as well, he arrived at our hotel early and off we went, and it worked out great because we caught an earlier and direct flight home! So I highly, highly recommend using this great company for all your limo service needs in the greater NYC area! Tim read more

It's been 7 years since my first trip to NYC and my first experience with WiroLimo and they proved themselves again! I just returned from my second trip to NYC. I had no doubt I would go with WiroLimo again. They picked me up from JFK and dropped me off at my AirBnB in Midtown. And 6 days later they picked me up from the AirBnB and back to JFK. Henry was our driver for both trips. He was great! Really sweet and kind. I love that they text to confirm and to stay in touch, so easy. Scheduling the pick-ups from their website was also easy. My husband and I were amazed that neither of the rides did Henry use a GPS/mapping app. He seemed to know the city like the back of his hand. We felt very safe in his care. I cannot recommend WiroLimo and Henry highly enough! It's so nice to have one less thing to worry about. read more

I decided to take a town car to the airport the morning of my departure. I called with 45 minutes until the time I needed to be picked up, thinking that if they had someone available, that would be plenty of time to make it down to the Financial District. I was told that a car would be there to pick me up. Now, I will be the first to admit, our building is not easy to find. If you GPS the real address, you get put about ten streets up from us. But, I gave them the address that GPS systems can pick up (the office building connected to our building) and other landmarks like the Ritz Carlton. The driver still had a horrible time finding me and was about 15 minutes late picking me up. That is my only reason for subtracting one star. Other than that small snafu, the ride was lovely. The driver was pleasant and friendly, and I made it to the airport with plenty of time to go through security. I would definitely use them again, but this time, I would call a day in advance. read more

I used Wiro twice in four days and I could not be more pleased with them. The first was an 11pm pick up at JFK going to my freiend's house in Hoboken. They were there when I landed, sent me a text to put my mind at ease as my flight was late. Never felt rushed. Once getting into the car Felipe was friendly, professional and just the right mix of chatty and quiet. Flying back to SFO required a 5am pick up and I got a text at 4:45 letting me know they were ready when I was and we parked outside. Highly recommend and will certainly use them again. read more

We used WiroLimo on a recent day layover trip in Manhattan on our way to the UK from Seattle. We had 6 hours to spend in NYC and had no time to waste. William was very helpful, friendly and easy to work with when I booked. He made sure he had all of the details and they were followed to the T when we arrived. Thank you so much, William...and to our outstanding driver! We ended up with a little extra time thanks to you! We'll be using your service each time we're in Manhattan from now on! read more

*If you ever need professional driving service in New York, you can't go wrong with WiroLimo.* I discovered the service as being featured as one of the best on Yelp in New York. I had to get very early from East Village to Newark airport and they picked us up at 5 a.m. without surcharge for early departure. The organizing with William was as organized as possible, the driver was nice and perfectly on time. I only wish WiroLimo would be available everywhere! read more

Like most of the reviewers, I am completely happy with Wiro Limo's service. I was in NYC the weekend of Dec 1. I easily booked my reservation on line. I had a question and called -- William (owner) answered. He was very helpful. The driver, Carlos, picked us up at JFK and brought us into NYC. I had both a text and voicemail wating for me when I landed letting me know that he was waiting for me in a location 3 minutes from the airport. He picked us up in a clean car and knew back roads to get us into NYC, avoiding a lot of heavy traffic. He was helpful, very friendly and nice to chat with. Carlos also told us how picky William is about who he hires. We also used Wiro to get us back to the airport from the hotel. It was so early in the morning that I didn't catch the name of our driver and we were all pretty quiet on the ride back. He was at the hotel to pick us up 15 minutes before our scheduled time of 4:45 am. He was also very professional and helpful with our luggage. You can find less expensive car service options (but just by a few $$). However, with those car services, I've been stood up, been picked up in severely dented cars and one time a driver even pulled off the freeway to get gas after he picked us up. Take my advice, spend the extra $10 or so each way for a comfortable, safe and pleasant ride. You won't be disappointed! read more

First time using Wiro Limo and we had an outstanding experience. WiroLimo - Limos Near Me - Queens, New York

First... they understand customer service. The limo was there at JFK waiting even though our inbound flight was delayed 2 hours. They sent friendly text reminders to my phone reminding me they were coming. They also sent me another text confirmation a few days later at my hotel and thank you messages at the conclusion of my round trip from Manhattan. Wonderful attentive service, clean cars and very organized. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing airport transportation to New York. read more

I didn't have much hope to be honest. I contacted the service at 11PM when my flight was arriving at 8:50AM of the very next day. First time to NYC and almost booked a different car service until I searched for reviews. Wirolimo turned up and the reviews were so much better. I emailed William and he promptly emailed back early on a Saturday morning. He called me as requested to get my credit card info and finalized details. When we arrived we asked if they could add one passenger as we had met an old friend on the plane and they did no problem. Our driver took us thru Queens to avoid the traffic jams and it was a great little side trip. Pick up at the hotel was confirmed the day before and we were at JFK in plenty of time for our flight home. Wirolimo is the best. read more
