William and Henry, both were fantastic! On time, great advice, friendly, and professional!!! We couldn't ask for better service. Would highly recommend! read more

Another successful trip to NYC including a pleasant experience with wiro limo!! Henry picked us up from LGA and took us to our apartment in Manhattan. He was very friendly. There were 6 of us with 6 pieces of luggage and we had plenty of room. The car was new and very clean. Louisa picked us up for our return trip; again another clean car and friendly service. I priced many services and wiro is definitive the least expensive. Could that with great customer service, you don't have a reason to look elsewhere!! Thanks again for a great experience. read more

If you are looking for the most professional, most pleasant experience you've ever had with a limo service, look no further. William is your man. I hardly take the time to write reviews on Yelp but this guy is so good I just have to put my two cents in. I reserved round-trip service from JFK to Manhattan for my friend's parents who were arriving from Spain and spoke no English. I was a bit worried about how easy it would be for them when they got to NYC. William took care of the whole thing from start to finish, communicating promptly over email with me and updating me constantly on his ETA, assuring me that he'd get take care of my friend's pops. He did just that (in their native language, no less) and my friend's dad even called to tell him that William was great on the way to their hotel. William picked them up and brought them back to JFK safely and in style when they were ready to leave, and my friend's folks had nothing but GLOWING remarks about the service. I'd give William 10 stars if that were possible! read more

This is my first review for yelp, and I chose wirolimo to review because their service was truly exceptional. I had been researching car service companies to take this first-timer to New York from JFK to our hotel in Manhattan, and I came across this business through Yelp. Like the other reviewers who posted here, William kept in touch with me to confirm my reservation, and sent me a text message the minute I landed to let me know that our driver was already waiting for us, and where to find him. Our drivers (Robert, who took us into Manhattan, and Ramon who brought us back to JFK) were both courteous and professional. They were on time and well-groomed, and the cars were immaculate inside and out. I have to give these guys recognition because other car services I've used in the past have had drivers who had body odor, or whose pants hung halfway down their legs, or were so wrinkled it was obvious it had not been ironed at all. Some cars I've ridden in were dusty and dented on the outside, and messy on the inside. Yes, the fee is $65 per trip, but I would gladly pay that amount for the excellent service we received. read more

I booked Wiro Limo to pick us up at JFK and drive us to our hotel in midtown. William was early and even greeted my in-laws (I had told him we were to be picked up together but they arrived before us). He had water bottles, a video about NYC to show the folks and knew his way around town. We booked him again to pick us up in Bayonne when our cruise ship arrived. He was right on the spot and got us to our hotel in record time. We enjoyed William's company so much we hired him to drive us around the city for a couple of hours of sight-seeing. We had great time. William was always on top of things, adjusting to changed schedules etc. He was on time (early really), pleasant, knowlegable and a great driver. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a car around New York. read more

Family trip to Manhattan, 4 persons and a baby, each person with a big suitcase, hand luggage and a stroller. We also wanted a child seat. After 8 hours in a plane you want a service that you can trust in. But it took me hours to go through the google list of limo services, asking about child seats, finding out about extra costs, what car to pick from their fleet. I almost booked another service, but their website would not let me do what they recommended in their mail. Disappointment and frustration. Finally I got in contact with WiroLimo. No other service answered faster than William, he understood what I needed and provided the solution I was looking for. He answered any question or concern I had within minutes, even during nighttime. Amazing! The service was just as great, friendly and professional. Of course he was at the airport on time, helped with the luggage despite a leg injury. Everything was fine, so of course we booked his service for our trip back. On the day of departure he was 30 minutes early, just waiting for us in his car. I accidentally saw him and he explained: The customer should not wait for him, so he waits for the customer. Good motto, William! My advice: save your time and go for WiroLimo right away .... because it feels good if you don't have to worry. Thank you for that! read more

I was incredibly impressed with William and his crew. They shuttled my family to and from JFK and we couldn't have been happier with his service. WiroLimo was prompt, professional and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I plan on using them for all my trips to NYC. Thanks William! read more

Our family of 8 visited NYC from Or/Wa. We used Wiro 3 differant times to and from Newark airport. All times the limo was there on time or early. William sent messages the day before to confirm. Cars were VERY CLEAN-DRIVERS excellent. 100% nicer/cleaner that the times we used the cabs. If we ever return to NYC, we will always use Wiro. read more

I selected Wirolimo service based off of the wonderful reviews from Yelp. William truly provided the best service ever! I used his transportation service pick-up/drop-off family from Brooklyn to New Jersey. The service was excellent and William is such a professional, highly recommend WiroLimo. If there is a need to use transportation service I will call WiroLimo again. I don't think I can look elsewhere when there is perfection with WiroLimo. read more

This was our first time to fly into Newark but will not be the last to use William and his drivers. I used Wiro to and from Manhatten and each driver was professional, helpful. The cars were very comfortable, with water and tissues and screens for videos. William was in contact with me,checking the timing. We were ready to leave a couple of hours early, he had the driver there in 10 minutes. This to me is great customer serive. I will use them each time i plan to come to New York. read more

I contacted William to book a car for my trip to NY and also for the return trip to the airport. After talking to William I received a confirmation email for the trip and the day before arrival I received a text message letting me know everything was booked. When I arrived I called William and my car arrived a couple of minutes later and the trip to my hotel was fine, the car a little older but clean and the driver very pleasant. The problem was the return trip when I never received a call/email/message from William and so on the day before I tried to contact him and sent him a text message which seems to be the favorite way of communication asking "what time would the car be picking me up in the morning?". I never heard back from William and no car ever showed up. I ended up taking a cab to the airport for half the cost of the car service but to not show up is unacceptable. read more

This is by far one of the best, most professional car service companies I have ever used! William made sure I was taken care of and confirmed all my reservations, and kept in contact with me until we were at the airport on time. I choose this vendor because of all the positive reviews. WiroLimo deserves all of them!! read more

On our most recent trip to NY we called on WiroLimo to get us to the airport. Reservations were made less than 1 day in advance and William responded quickly and professionally. Our pick-up was set within the hour of my sending my initial request. This departure was very early out of La Guardia which can be a nightmare in NYC traffic. Let me tell you how delighted I was to open our door to a waiting driver in a very comfortable, very clean black SUV. The driver was connected to traffic updates getting us to the airport with lots of time to check-in, clear security and take advantage of the lounge. Service is 5-Star, First Class. read more

Like many here I tried WiroLimo exclusively because of its stellar Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed at any level. William is responsive to email reservation requests or updates, including during the 1/12-13 storm. He and his drivers use SMS prudently to confirm pick ups. My two segments to and from JFK and midtown were flawless - had SUV from JFK and town car back. The cost is very reasonable (near half of Boston Coach web booking) and still reasonable even when factoring in credit card payment or 3am pick up. Drivers are polite and focused with minimal interruptions. The only tinest of constructive feedback I could provide is I wish they sent email receipts for trips without having to ask. Doesn't take away from a total 5 star experience. Well done! read more

William is great! My wife and I used WiroLimo from LaGuardia during last year's US Open and will again this year. First class vehicles and service! (I promise I'll give him the correct terminal this time!) read more

We had a very successful transfer from LGA to our hotel using WiroLimo. William, our driver, arrived about 40 minutes before our scheduled arrival and texted me that he was there. Lucky he was there early, because our flight landed early as well. We met him outside and were off... The SUV we were in was very comfortable, and well maintained. William had an iPad with maps loaded, so he could easily see what traffic looked like and got us into the city very quickly. He was good about pointing out different views and landmarks, gave us tips for visiting the city, and dropped us off right in front of our hotel. All this for just slightly more than a cab would have cost. We are very pleased with WiroLimo and will use them again. read more

Needing to respond quickly to a loved one's medical emergency, I hopped the earliest flight from San Francisco to New York, then had to get from JFK to upstate New York. No choice but to make those arrangements and get there A.S.A.P. William met me at JFK baggage claim and did a fantastic job - and on a holiday weekend to boot. I am pleased to give WIlliam and WiroLimo my five star recommendation! read more

I have used several car services over the last 7 years and this is the best and the only one I will ever use again. The driver sent me a text letting me know his name and what I would need to do upon my arrival to the airport. Once I picked up my baggage I called the driver and he gave me location and I only had to wait under 3 minutes for him to arrive. Took me right to my destination. The car was clean, driver pleasant and helpful. Paid in advance and when I arrived at my destination I had no unexpected charges. Thank you WiroLimo and Gerson who was a great driver! Will recommend to anyone. Don't worry just use them you will not be sorry. Can't wait to come back to NYC and use WiroLimo. William - Great Survice! Julie H. read more

We had excellent service by WiroLimo! We were on a mother-daughter trip, and William picked us up at the Airport right on time (he text me to notify me he was waiting in baggage claim), and was very accomodating to us and all of our luggage (6 women!!). Also, between the 6 of us, we stayed at three different hotels. William said "no problem" and dropped us off at all three in the middle of traffic hour! After enjoying William's service so much, we decided to book WiroLimo again for car service needed to Peter Luger that Sunday night. We were all set and I went ahead and decided to text William we were waiting for him in the lounge (since I had his # from his text from the airport pick-up). He text back right away stating I made a mistake on my reservation, but a driver could be there in 20 minutes! He was right, I did make a mistake, but William saved the day and we had additional excellent service from Carlos. We then hired Carlos to take us back to the airport the next day. Thank you so much WiroLimo! William and his crew were fantasic. Their prices are very reasonable, and they were all wonderful people with great, friendly energy! I highly recommend them to anyone! If I could wrap them up in a box and take them home with me, I would! read more

We used this service the Saturday before Hurricane Sandy, and the Sunday after Hurricane Sandy. Both times, the driver showed up early, texted and called us to arrange pick up, and was courteous. The driver got us to our destination promptly and safely. Both reservations were made online, using their reservation system. Both cars (a sedan and an SUV) were very clean and we had no safety concerns. Despite their higher prices, I will use this service in the future due to our experiences. read more

Once again, WiRo comes through! This time, Felipe met me at Terminal 4 on time, and waited patiently minding my carryon while I attempted to locate my checked bag, which never arrived. He waited while I filed my claims, and was totally helpful and pleasant about the entire episode. It's a major miracle to find a car service as professional and consistent as WiRo. read more

This is our second trip to New York in 13 months and we've used WiroLimo both times for transportation from LGA to the Times Square area. For each trip, the service has been outstanding. The cars are very well cared for, and the drivers are very courteous and helpful. Before we left Chicago last Thursday, we had a text from our driver to provide his cell number so we could text him when we landed in New York. When we landed, we texted him that we still needed to claim our luggage and he replied that was fine, that he was close by. After getting out luggage, we accidentally left the terminal by the wrong exit and he was waiting elsewhere. The police made him move on and he assured us he would simply drive around and pick us up. We apologized and he said not to worry. His patience was wonderful! We had a delightful conversation on the way to Manhattan. Last year we had a similar exprience except that William, the owner, picked us up himself for the return to LGA, arriving at our hotel early in case we wanted to leave early, but very willing to wait until the reserved time.. As others have said, he drove an SUV but there was no additional charge. I'm grateful for the ease of reserving, the communication between the driver and us, and the demonstrated reliability. read more

William is a great stand up guy who really cares about his customers. We had trouble with baggage at LGA when we arrived. We were worried that we would have to pay the extra money for William waiting an hour so we sent the rest of our party in the limo and two of us decided to take a cab when the baggage arrived. No sooner than they left the airport, the baggage came. I was blown away when William agreed to turn around to pick us up after already leaving the airport. Incredible Service and Incredible person. There are no worries with this service. He will take care of you. read more

WiroLimo made transportation to and from my sister's graduation in Connecticut a pleasure, and greatly facilitated the visit of my elderly grandparents to New York City. WiroLimo is an extremely well-run company that really cares about its customers. I feel very lucky that I found this service through Yelp, and it is the only car service I'll plan to use in New York. Thank you William! read more

1st class service from a 5 star company. Thanks to you William, and your staff!

Great service. Henry (our driver) texted us the day before our appt to confirm that he would meet us. Then he texted us twice at the airport to make sure we knew where to go and so that he would know when to meet us. Then on the way home, William was our driver. He again arrived early and texted us to let us know he was ready whenever we were. The Lincoln Tunnel was closed because of an accident, so we ended up missing our flight. William helped us locate a hotel to stay the night and then drove us to the hotel from the airport. Very friendly and prompt service. Will definitely use them again. read more

Four of us with lots of luggage hired wiro to take us from our hotel in Manhattan to the cruise terminal in Bayonne NJ and then to JFK after our cruise. Both times William was the driver. The SUV was perfect for the trip and he arrived early both times. I would certainly use them again. M. Zoren read more

Two days before our flight, we reserved a car from LGA to Midtown at the worst possible time; Friday 5PM and the weekend before Christmas. Wirolimo pulls of an amazing shuffle, when they could have left us standing on the curb. First time using this service. I schedule a car as mentioned above, receive my confirmation email, but no phone çall or text the day before as stated in some reviews. No big deal. Catch our flight, but still no voice mail or text after arriving. I travel a lot for business, so still not worried. I called their office to advise of our arrival, only to be told "we didn't confirm your reservation and this is a busy weekend, so there aren't any drivers". (Now, I'm getting worried, because I don't want to deal with a taxi at 5pm) We go back and forth several times, but the guy checks my confirmation number and says he will call me back in a few minutes. In a few minutes, I get a call saying there will be a white, stretch limo arriving in about 7 minutes and the rate will remain the same as for the sedan. Driver was great and dodged the traffic, getting us to our hotel in well under an hour. This was my girlfriend's first trip to the city and she's riding to Times Square in a stretch. Wirolimo gets a gold star for making something happen, when they could have easily blown us off. Great job guys! read more

These guys made our Christmas family vacation as stress-free as possible. Felipe made frequent and timely texts before we landed at Newark, and Henry was equally efficient and friendly when we left the city for JFK. Both used navigation tools to speed our trip and both conversed on the trip as much, or as little, as we wanted. Great experience for a great price. Can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you. read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Yesterday I had Melvin and today Carlos provided my return trip to the airport. Both drivers were early, very friendly and great drivers. They communicated with me ahead of time, which was very professional. I plan to use this service again on all of my future visits to NYC. I was not disappointed. The reviews on this site helped me to make my decision. I cannot say enough about the great drivers!!!!! read more

Very good car services. On time and information via sms to secure where and when we will meet. Can only recomend this company.

Our family used WiroLimo on three occasions during our trip to NY. Excellent service. Each driver was prompt, professional and courteous. We especially appreciate Nicholas and his help in navigating a particular challenging assignment. Well done WiroLimo. read more

I booked WiroLimo to deliver the guest of honor to his surprise birthday party. I had very specific instructions about when to deliver us to the venue: We couldn't arrive too early for fear of running into arriving guests, and if we were late, we would have a lot of antsy friends on our hands. Our driver got us to our location to the location precisely at the requested time, even though he had to navigate lots of traffic between New York City and Long Island. I've used lots on car services in my time and WiroLimo is by far the best I've encountered. read more

FAIL FAIL FAIL After booking the car to meet us at JFK and receiving confirmation emails and confirmation text messages the car never arrived at the airport. We did not receive any texts or calls from wiro, as is advertised, after our plane arrived to say that our driver was on their way. After waiting for 30minutes, we called the number provided (during their advertised office hours) multiple times to be greeted by a machine message saying they "were unavailable to take a call at this time". We booked a car to make it easy after a 26hr flight from Australia only to have them no show and not communicate. So, we ended up getting a cab (much better service!). Would not recommend this company to anyone ever--don't waste your time or money read more

We used WiroLimo for a recent trip from the Manhattan Cruise Terminal to LaGuardia. Great car service in NYC,clean cars and professional punctual drivers .highly recommended to all !

Fantastic experience during my first trip to NYC. We were celebrating my sister's 50th birthday so I booked a stretch limo to pick us up at LaGuardia and take us to our hotel. Carlos the driver texted me the night before to confirm and was right where he said he'd be at the airport and graciously took our photos with the limo. I highly recommend. read more

Communication from the company was a notch above what I expected; very detailed -emails, and then a text from the driver the day before both of which made me feel confident that the car would be where we needed it when we needed it. Traffic and the general nightmare that is LaGuardia on a Friday evening at 6PM meant that the driver was about 45 minutes late, which was very frustrating, especially since we were traveling with an infant. I know traffic is unpredictable, but with google maps and other traffic service, I do expect a car service to be closer to on time. That being said, the driver, Carlos, was very polite and pleasant and got us to Manhattan as quickly as traffic would allow. The car was clean and comfortable. I booked our return to the airport with WiroLimo and asked for Carlos. He was very much on time for the return trip, and it was smoother than our arrival. I will book through WiroLimo again. read more

We discovered Wiro a couple of years ago and now use them always to get picked up at the airport, or go to the airport. They are very dependable and always on time, courteous and helpful. We had Ronald last time going to the airport and he was really nice.
