I used WiroLimo to pick up some out-of-town guests (from abroad) from LaGuardia and take them to Midtown. I'm very happy with the results- WiroLimo was very responsive, totally professional and gave me exactly what I wanted- flawless service and I could pay for everything (by an invoice that I got by email the day after the trip). I'll definitely use WiroLimo again. (And yes, these 5-star ratings are well-deserved.) read more

Thanks to everyone's Yelp reviews I booked Wirolimo by email to pick me up at LGA and bring me back into Tribeca. The booking was confirmed almost immediately and when I arrived, the driver, Henry, called my cell phone approx. 5 minutes after the plane landed. What can I say that others haven't? He had a bottle of water waiting for me (It was over 90 outside) Phenomenal service, great cars and personable, professional drivers. I am very satisfied. No more airport to downtown (and vice versa) transport hassles! read more

The very best! I have used them for years when visiting NY, and all the drivers have been great. They are cheerful, polite, always text to confirm a reservation, and keep track of your flights in real time. Kudos to the whole organization! read more

The reservation process is sketchy at best since they want you to reserve prior to knowing the cost. i wanted a limo with champagne and they quoted the cost of champagne and the cost of an SUV. Very specific questions that I emailed resulted in a long thread of replies from someone that clearly does not comprehend english. read more

Jorge B was amazing. I took my Mom to NYC for a day trip and I am so glad I found WiroLimo. I hope to never take a cab again when going to NYC for business or travel. So easy! So luxurious! Prompt! Courteous! Thank you Jorge! read more

Love WiroLimo! They were prompt in making the reservation and even dealt nicely with our changing airport pickup times. Driver was at the airport on time (love him, Louis), friendly and showed us city sites as we drove to our apartment. We even got a nice SUV instead of a car! Pickup from apartment to airport was just as efficient. Will definitely use these guys again when in New York City!! read more

First time with my family in NYC on vacation rather than for business. First time arranging airport pickup for myself. Based on reviews, I booked Wiro. Online booking form was straightforward - emails back to confirm were swift. On arrival at JFK Jairo was waiting (paid extra for meet and greet, definitely worth it). He'd texted as we landed. He took us over Brooklyn (?) Bridge rather than the tunnel so we could have a more scenic journey. Courteous and a good, safe driver too. Based on that experience we booked again for the return journey. This time Ronald picked us up from our hotel (mid-town Manhattan). Again, texts to confirm time and place from our driver. He was on time. Again, courteous and safe driving. Got us to JFK in under an hour even in rush hour traffic. Will definitely use Wiro again next time I visit NY. read more

On a trip from LGA to Stamford I scheduled with WiroLimo and was in touch with the driver several times during the day. $140 was the quoted fare. The plane arrived late due to weather. The driver from WiroLimo was driving a fairly beat up suburban. Not a huge deal but when we started water planing in puddles on the way to the hotel in Stamford I was starting to wonder what condition the tires were in. About 5 miles into the trip he said "Oh by the way, it's an extra $20 because the trip will go into the next day" - past midnight. Not much I could do at that point. So I said "sure. fine." I asked the driver if tip was included. He said no. I paid him a cash tip when we arrived. Two days later I get the receipt emailed to me... $192 Company's response: You should've read the website better. We automatically charge your card 20% for tip. Ok, I get it. I should've read the website better. I also learned not to trust your drivers. They lie. read more

Impeccable service. My request was a unique one, pick my cat and I up at Republic Airport (where Pet Airways is based). I had asked that the driver be cat-friendly, and William said he would do this personally. I would meet William there, so I sent him flight tracking details for my cat. I was notified during the night that the flight will arrive late, and forwarded this to William. Despite this, he continued tracking my cat's flight and got there AN HOUR EARLY. He was willing to risk waiting for an hour, just in case my cat and I were ready earlier. As my cat came out in his carrier, wailing, William sensed my distress, and in a very calm, comforting way, helped us get settled into the SUV. During the one hour plus drive back to Brooklyn, William continued to show his consideration for my cat, and was genuinely concerned for his and my well-being. My cat certainly liked him, as he calmed down 5 mins into the ride. My friends felt that it was pretty pricey, but I'm glad I paid the extra. It's not worth risking more stress, considering my circumstances. William's service really made my day. read more

I have never used a car service so I compare the quality to Super Shuttle or a Taxi - no comparison. We got to LGA and the taxi queue was about a mile long. Our driver had texted me to alert him when we got our bags - he was in front within minutes. Suv was CLEAN and fresh smelling - something I have never said about a taxi. We are sold! read more

This is my second time using this company and they're always punctual and friendly. Wiro limo does things a bit differently with their confirmation system, but don't you worry its legitimate! All you have to anticipate is the safe ride to your destination, but in the city you'll encounter some type of craziness! read more

William was great! Communication was excellent. He greeted us with a smile, a bottle of water and a beautiful clean car. He was perfect! Highly recommend. read more

I needed a ride into Manhattan from JFK. I sent an email and William was quick to reply. The rate was competitive. My driver, Jorge was prompt, professional, and the town car was nice and clean. I would use them again should I need a private town car or SUV. read more

William is absolutely amazing, his drivers are wonderful, the cars are spectacularly clean and gorgeous! I travel to NYC quite often for work and have yet to find a dependable car service. I went on yelp and am so thankful that I found William! The price is right, the service is dependable, they are ALWAYS on time, and I wish he had operations in every city I have to travel to. On this particular trip I was trying to surprise someone at the airport and William worked to help me make everything go seamlessly - which was difficult given my tricky request. Use William and you will be hooked for life!!! :) read more

I chose WiroLimo based on the positive Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. I was able to book my reservations easily through the new online system on their website. I immediately received an email to confirm my reservation from William. Between confirming my reservations and pick-up at the airport, everyone at WiroLimo was super communicative and responsive (a major plus, seeing as I was making the move from LA to New York and did not need another thing to stress me out!). Carlos, my driver, texted and called as soon as he arrived at the airport. He was a super good sport and very friendly, despite the rain, the major delay (roughly 30 minutes) at the gate, and the large (and many) pieces of luggage I had with me. The car itself was spacious and very clean. Once I arrived at my destination, he helped with my luggage into the lobby and then jetted across town to make his next appointment. The prices were incredibly reasonable given the great service. I will definitely recommend WiroLimo to friends and would love to use them again! read more

Courteous, professional and on time (early). I even called super late the night before I wanted to be picked up. Can't ask for much more.

We have used Wiro on several occasions. They are the best service I've used in any city I've lived so far (DC, LA, NYC). The staff is incredibly supportive taking both long term reservations as well as last minute requests. The drivers are incredibly professional and friendly. They are excellent drivers and their vehicles are always incredibly clean. read more

My rating is based on my booking experience. I made several reservations with this company for work related events. So from a BOOKING stand point its 5 stars for me. The on-line eReservation was easy and straight forward to use. I was also able to talk to A LIVE PERSON when I had questions or had to make changes. Excellent on the communication. I like their all inclusive package because it let our company pay for everything, making it hassle free for the passenger(s). I didn't ride in any of their vehicles so I can't rate them in any other area. I haven't received any complaints from the people that I booked reservations for either. read more

Great service. My driver, Henry, arrived early and sent a text message telling me to call him when I was ready. He was extremely friendly and helped me with my bags and got me to where I needed to go quickly. The prices are a little steep but I think it's worth it! read more

I never review anyone but I want to voice my appreciation to William and Henry for handling a very challenging pick-up this week. An elderly, disabled family friend from Italy flew into JFK. We arranged pick up through WiroLimo and they really hung in there, even after she missed seeing their sign and getting lost. After 4 hours of trying to locate her, Henry found her and delivered her safely to New Jersey. I can't thank them enough! To prior reviewers expressing frustration about the phone, yes, they aren't really phone based. You need to book online and then they call or e-mail back, so if you're trying to get a car at the last minute, this company isn't for you. Once you've booked, William does call and communication from that point on is fine. Book a day ahead and I think you'll be quite pleased. read more

Excellent, prompt, professional, good value, clean cars, great for to/from airport. Used to get between hotel and JFK, but didn't want to risk random cab w/ new baby and mother in-law. Went great, v. good prices, clean, professional driver who was nice. William is phenominal on prompt communication and will recommend to everyone I know with a similar need in NYC. read more

I live in Pittsburgh and recently booked a ride for a relative who lives in Manhattan. Overall great experience. Nice large vehicle, great communication including text messages sent for confirmation purposes! Will definitely use again. read more

Carlos was an efficient and knowledgable driver. Got me from JFK into midtown during rush hour in 1 hour 10 minutes and we even stopped for water! Very polite and friendly. read more

Both I and my sister - in - law used WiroLimo in April to pick us up from our respective airports. Both of us had very favorable opinions. So when I was thinking of using a car service from Manhattan to Philadelphia this past Sunday, i contacted WiroLimo for a quote. I was worried by recent reviews that i might not get an answer, but within a couple of hours of my posting a question on the "contact us" portion of their website, William emailed me back with a quote. While that quote made me rethink car service between the twoncities, when i needed a ride from my Manhattan hotel to a location near to, but not at, LaGuardia airport, I contacted WiroLimo. Made a reservation through their website. Had confirmation within a couple of hours. I had asked for an 11:20 am pickup Sunday. Mthe driver was at my hotel at 11:00 am, texted me to let me know that he was there, in case I was ready early. I told him I'd be down in 5 minutes. A very clean and comfortable SUV was waiting for me downstairs. (I had asked for a sedan, and was charged sedan pricing even though the vehicle ended up being an SUV.) Was taken to my destination quickly, safely, and without any ambiguity about fare. All in all, a great service. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is due to pricing, which is a little higher than other services. However, my experiences with the company make that extra cost worth it. read more

I've used WiroLimo, sometimes with short notice, a few times to/from the airport with great experience. Once, they picked up my old Indian parents, who had no cell phone, from their international flight at baggage claim. Very patient and communicative driver (waited forever for them to clear customs) and I felt so glad they were in good hands. The one time we tried to book too close to our departure time, they notified us immediately that they were booked up so we could make other arrangements. I will definitely use them again. read more

This is by far the best car service in New York!!! Very professional, prompted and organized!

I found Wirolimo on yelp and decided to give them a go because everyone had rated them so highly. They were right! Our friendly driver was Ronald, and he was really upbeat and accommodating. We wanted to drive through Queens so see what it was like and he took a detour from JFK to do so for us even though it was almost midnight and he wanted to get back home to see his family. I highly recommend!! read more

Excellent service. On time. Friendly. Knowledgable. Will absolutely be using this service again next time I'm in the city.

I would recommend Wiro. I had a somewhat challenging transportation request. We were flying into NY from California and I had to get two different daughters to two different dander intensives on the same day! Both had check-in and orientations and I was stressed on how I would manage. Our driver was awesome! I didn't have to worry about traffic or hailing another ride. Henry dropped us at my first daughter's dorm in Manhattan and waited the few minutes while we checked her in. He then drove us out to Westchester to SUNY Purchase where my younger daughter had an orientation that evening. It was very hard to find the building on that campus and he was very patient and found it for us. We made the orientation and my stress level was pretty low. All went as planned and our experience was very professional and worth the cost. Very clean vehicle as well! read more

These guys are TOP NOTCH!! I was worried because I could only make a reservation online. But the drivers texted me a day ahead and were always early for my pick up. I would not hesitate to use them again. The trip from LaGuardia to Times Square and back again was flawless. I will never use a shuttle again!! read more

WiroLimo.com - highly highly recommended. William provides amazing and personal service - reservations handled professionally and courtesously with speedy communication and responses via email and/or cell. We had a teen traveling solo, midnight to LaGuardia - William recognized our concerns in getting her to her NYC destination and said everything would be taken care of, and that he did. He kept abreast and us, of her flight (delayed 2hrs), met her at baggage claim, and most importantly, escorted her to the front desk of the hotel, and called to us to confirm her arrival, despite knowing that she would do so. His 'going the extra mile' allowed us to relax whle waiting for safe transfer from airport to hotel. The next best thing - to clone William for the West coast - a weekend Napa wine tour. Thanks Willliam. read more

After reading thru the reviews about GoAir Link and Supershuttle on yelp(Thanks reviewers!!) I decided to book Wiro Limo. I could not get through the phone number but I was promptly called back by William and the reservation was made. An automated sms was sent the day prior to the pick up from La Guardia (we came in from Chicago) assuring me that my booking was in place. I called the number as soon as we collected all of our 2 big suitcases, 3 small suitcases and a variety of other bags( we were 4 adults and a toddler) The van and William was there parked in the small parking lot right outside the marine Air terminal. We were cordially greeted. William took it upon himself to fit my daughter's car seat after loading all our stuff in. We were all in the van in 5 minutes and on our way. We took a variety of local roads to reach Affinia Manhattan near the Penn Station in half hour. The van was clean and comfortable. William is a nice guy and talked to us for a while and then let us enjoy the drive. I would definitely use his services again. read more

I needed to book transportation for up to 14 people, for the following day, and it was 11pm on a recent work trip. I found WiroLimo on Yelp and thought I'd give him a try! After 2 calls and a few emails I had a confirmation that we'd have 2 seven-passenger SUVs for the trip uptown. William and his associate drive nice, clean vehicles and they were PROMPT. Early even. Highly recommended. read more

Visiting from San Francisco, I was very stressed about finding a reliable car service in NYC. Yelped and found Wiro. Can't say enough about how professional, courteous and punctual they were. Even with the tight security in Times Square on 9/11. Felipe from JFK to Manhattan and Carlos from Times Square to JFK!! Thank you! read more

We just had a fantastic experience with Wiro Limo. Felipe, our driver, sent me a text letting me know that he was waiting in the cell phone lot. Per his instructions, I called as we were walking out to the passenger loading zone and he was there less than a minute later. Felipe was very friendly and got us from JFK to our apartment on the UWS in less than 30 minutes. We would definitely use this service again! read more

This was the first time I have ever used this company and they were EXCELLENT! I was picked up on time at Newark airport by Felipe, he was terrific and Fernando took me back a few days later. Very straightforward. new cars, polite drivers, very reasonable prices (it was $90 from Manhattan to Newark), no surprises, easy to book online with a quick and personal confirmation - I will definitely use this service every time I'm in New York and you should too! read more

Wirolimo rocks! I made a last minute reservation from SF and didn't even know if wirolimo could accommodate. Once I touched down in JFK I had a text waiting for me from Henry saying that he was outside baggage claim. No hassles. Trouble-free. Courteous. And sparkling clean limo with a cold bottle of water. Well worth the money-- especially after a long trans con flight. Will use them again! read more

I'm not sure why the last 3 posts were so negative and all originated from CA. We have a reservation for next Tuesday with William, and having read recent posts I became a little concerned so I picked up the phone and called. William answered on the first ring saying "good morning Thomas how can I help you". His reservation system had identified my name by my phone number! He was able to confirm my reservation, flight #, and destination withing 20 seconds, and said he is looking forward to meeting us. Not sure why the others stated no one would answer live. Not sure why Yelp decided to filter my review but it appears they don't read the posts before they filter them. read more

I used WiroLimo as our transportation service during my 30th b-day weekend last year. As soon as we landed, I got a text from our driver Felipe, telling us to text him as soon as we arrive. He arrived at the curbside within less than five minutes of us leaving the airport building. He picked us up in the most cleanest, black suburban with fresh leather seats. Felipe was such a great driver. I will definitely use this company again when we visit NY in 2014! read more

This is the third trip to NYC that I've used WiroLimo and I continue to be pleased with their service. They picked me up from JFK and will be taking me to LGA in a couple days.
