They were very honest, and told me that one of the lamps, although old, was fine and didn't need anything replaced! The 2nd lamp only needed a new socket, and the 3rd lamp only required a new plug! Flooding caused by cracked lines, heads not popping up or properly rotating, and coverage areas not appropriately aligned. Tried to fix it myself, but too messy and too many trips back and forth to Lowes and Home Depot for the inevitable wrong parts. Time for help!!! Checked on Yelp and Big League Irrigation stood out. Reviews claimed a 100% call back rate and call back within 20 minutes. That was important to me, and it was ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Vincent was able to work me in the next day, even though it was a Saturday. He came as promised and right on time with his assistant Damien, and they got right to the job. They had all the materials needed and finished the job in under 2 hours, including cleanup. Very happy with the work and the price was very fair. We heard about Mission Bungalow from our good Ole Pal GOOGLE, after typing in the search bar, "furniture stores near me", while sitting outside Raleigh Raw Juice Bar & Cafe, eating our sushi burrito and drinking our berry smoothie. Upon completion of our lunch, Google maps, without fail, guided us to Mission Bungalow's exact location. After walking into the store, we were immediately greeted by Mark, the owner. We let Mark know that we had been doing some minor research on bedroom sets but could not find what we wanted. After listening to us describe our style and what we wanted, he began to show us their gallery. Mark was extremely kind and patient with us, especially since our indecisiveness and ADHD was in full swing, going out of his way to make sure we had what we were looking for and explaining all the different designs and styles, especially with the different woods and stains. He was straight forward and honest with the time frame at which products are being delivered and when we would expect our new furniture. We were definitely there past closing time, and really appreciated the time Mark gave us. Mission Bungalow is true to their word.

That was the last time I ever heard from them. I have made two attempts to call and leave voicemails with no response. I also emailed them asking when I should expect my item since I never received a follow up email saying that my item has been shipped and when I could expect it. I never received it by Christmas and figured I would give them at least 30 days to ship the item to me. Once 30 days approached I tried calling one last time. And when I went on their website it showed that the business is temporarily closed. I have no idea what's going on but I received absolutely no customer service in regards to this matter and still have not received my order. We've passed this place for years but in a desperate 3-year search to find the perfect lighted snowman for the yard, I made a special trip to see what they had. Upon entering, I was a bit disappointed to see a small, cramped showroom with only three tall racks packed with boxed lights. I poked around a bit before noticing a darkened area through a door that said "outdoor lights." The management must have noticed my curiosity and flipped a switch. To what did my wondering eyes should appear but a huge room filled from floor to ceiling with tons of outdoor lights. They gleamed and blinked in the most beautiful way... I could nearly hear the heavens singing above me! The owner came over and was most helpful. She walked me around the gigantic room to show their various products and was more than accommodating when I made a few special requests. They carry all sorts of holiday lights, not just Christmas! She made sure each item I purchased was working properly and took the time to plug them all in. She also had one of the storeroom guys help me load my car. Overall, an excellent experience. The prices are a little high, but I was delighted to find quality items that were nowhere to be found in the chain stores. The personal customer service can't be beat.
