EDIT Today August…read more17th, 29 days after my surgery, I received a call from this office. I did not answer so I am unsure the reason for the call. I assume it's to check up on the well being of a patient after having surgery. Too little too late in my opinion. Especially since I did have complications in connection with the surgery and the care before surgery by Dr Nunnally and his staff, but I did not feel welcomed to go to this office for help because of the above review. Thankfully like stated above, I have a new doctor that prescribed a new medication for my complication. --------------- Dr. Nunnally and his staff were unprofessional from start to finish. (Staff at SAMC were fantastic). I was scheduled for a tonsillectomy which turned into a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. I did not find out that my adenoids would be removed until I was in pre op, 5 minutes before being wheeled into the operating room. I was given incorrect information for medication dosages due to me breast-feeding which left me in more pain than necessary. I was told I needed to choose between breast-feeding and pain, which is incorrect. I was also told by the nurse that they don't do follow-ups because there's no point in me coming all the way in just to shine a light down my throat but that they would call 2 weeks later to check on me. I am 3 weeks post op and have received no such call. I ended up finding a new doctor to do my follow up and I couldn't be more happy. Would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Ellis is my daughter's osteopathic physician who practices at the New Horizons Wellness Center. Although he is not a pediatrician, I found him to be a patient doctor who my daughter feels very comfortable with. The appointment did not involve a lot of waiting that we have experienced in other places. The receptionist was pleasant. The nurse was also very nice. Dr. Ellis took a proper amount of time talking to us about her medical history and doing the examination. I would recommend him to others looking for a local doctor.

I asked why and he looked me in the eyes and said, "Nothing I do is going to make him [my husband] happy." My husband had tried to take over my appointment and Dr. Baker was looking out for ME! I swore to Dr. Baker that the surgery is what *I* wanted. He relented and its been over 13 years since. Dr. Baker gave me new breasts, I found a new husband, and I gained a much more confident outlook on my life! He did such an amazing job, NO ONE CAN TELL I'VE HAD BREAST AUGMENTATION. Today, during a routine breast exam, my provider remarked on the beautiful scars (because you can hardly see them!) It made me think of Dr. Baker. I feel he truly cared about my mental health more than my body image. He was honestly going to elect to DENY my surgery than possibly provide a service that could have done me harm, mentally. He is the expert and I have never had any issues. Its been over a decade and I still remember how, after my surgery, Dr. Baker himself came to check on me and assured me that I could stay (in hospital) for as long as I needed before going home. His follow ups were just as kind. Thank you, Dr. Baker.
