My…read morehusband took a test in Dr. Strunk's office, and we were never alerted that they had an issue with our insurance until we were sent to claims. We were told that we could pay off the bill through the office, so we paid off rhe $400 slowly. We're a single income household, and we wanted to make it right to get his results. Fast forward to the bill being paid, and us calling at least 5 times, leaving messages, never hearing back about his test results. I called from my phone, and got someone on the line pretty quickly. I explained the situation, told her we had already spoken to his GP about us having permission to get his results. They tell me I need to fill out paperwork. Paperwork we've already done, taken to Strunk's office (signed by GP), and told we had to wait. The "lovely" receptionist then told me that the test was administered by a different doctor from Troy. We had to call him. This is the first time this doctor has ever been mentioned to us. Doctor in Troy had really helpful staff that was clear in letting us know that they had nothing to do with husband's test. His name nor birthdate exist in their systems. They called Strunk themselves and I still havent heard from Strunk's office. So they essentially took $400 from us and kept the results. Maybe this review will get them to call me back and pay us back.​

I have a long history of back pain and wanted to discuss a procedure performed by another pain management facility that kept me pain free for over a year. The impression I got was, "Why would we want to heal you? Then we can't overbill your insurance and collect copays."
