I hired this company for a move-in cleaning at the beginning of the month and unfortunately was…read morevery disappointed with the results. The appointment was moved last minute from 11am to 6-7pm (they came at 7:30), which I accommodated though it was annoying because I had planned to start moving in that evening and now couldn't, but the cleaning itself was nowhere near what I was promised. I was told the entire house would be dusted, shelves and cabinets wiped out, floors swept and mopped, and everything left spotless along with a LONG list of things that should've been cleaned. Instead, I walked into cobwebs in multiple rooms, bathroom cabinets with hair, kitchen cabinets still dusty, gunk left on the floors, and even a toilet with urine on the outside and this was before I had even moved in so it was not mine. I ended up having to go back over everything myself. The women who came were very kind, but the actual cleaning was not worth the $200 I paid. I asked for a small discount afterward ($20 off), but in hindsight I wish I had pushed for more given the amount of work I had to redo. To make matters worse, within an hour of leaving around 9pm, they texted me at 10pm saying they "still haven't received payment." Considering they had rescheduled the job 8 hours later the night before, that felt very unprofessional and in poor taste. I have debated writing a review all month and truly wanted to support this woman-owned business, but I also want to be honest for anyone considering them and tell you to double-check what level of service you'll be getting.

I am updating my review of this company - initially I hired the company to do a 6-hr priority clean…read moreof my two full baths, baseboards, and kitchen. They sent two employees to get the work done in half the time. With a priority clean, the cleaners only work until the time is up, regardless of whether the room is finished. In my case, they ran out of time to finish the kitchen. I was not home when they left, and it was not communicated to me that it had not been finished. The cleaners has sprayed my microwave to clean it but had forgotten to finish it and I found it with cleaner still inside, but filthy. The range hood had been started but also not finished and still covered in grease and spots. The fridge has been cleaned on the inside but the freezer had not, and the floors were not done at all. I called and complained but did not get a response until the following day. Initially o was told that they would not be coming back out but I did receive a second call where they allowed me to express my concerns and frustration. They agreed that this was not normal customer service and they promptly sent a new cleaner out the very next day. She was very nice and professional. She went above and beyond to not only finish what the first cleaners had started but also did my blinds, touched up the baseboards, and cleaned the inside of the oven, which were all wishlist items for me but had not been accomplished due to time restraints. She made sure to walk throughout my home with me to check for my approval and asked for feedback on any items I'd like touched up. The next day, the manager called to confirm the cleaning was up to my standards. I feel that everyone makes mistakes from time to time and that this company went above and beyond to make sure I was left with a positive experience. I would recommend them to others.

I asked for a refund for the additional time because I feel like it was not utilized. They also sent pics and the crew was wearing their shoes on my carpet. Completely unprofessional.
