We paid $450 to have a move out quality clean…read more Underwhelmed with the quality to say the least. - The grills of the air vents weren't cleaned - Blinds weren't moved to dust - Multiple ledges all over still had dust - Baseboards weren't cleaned or dusted - Countertops got a nice wet paper towel wipe down - Both sets of stairs had to be vacuumed again by us afterwards If the clean is $450 I'd expect the house to be immaculate but in this case it was far from it.

I have a table that was scratched back in March that I had to call about for months and they just blew me off over and over again. In September 2024 There was major damage done to the grout in my brand new tiled shower. Something spilled and has stained the grout. In both cases, the table and shower did not have damage before they came. They cleaned and left and I found damage to both areas. I live alone, so I really do not see any other way for this to happen other than it being during the time they were cleaning. As ridiculous as it would be - having cameras all over the house before they came to clean would have been in my best interested but I had no idea they were this shady. The manager Tracy came out to look at the damage but only after I posted a review of my experience. She came, looked at it, scolded me for giving them a bad review, started getting loud with me to the point that I had to say " I am not going to argue with you over this". I was uncomfortable with her demeaner in my home. It ended with her saying she would talk to the owner and now they are avoiding me and not calling me back. You want to trust people you hire to clean as it is very personal having people in your home. I requested the same team each time, so that I can get to know them, and so they can get to know the house without me taking time out to show them around each time, and got different people almost every single time they came. They claim they are insured and will repair or replace anything that is damaged or broken - that is NOT true. All they have to do is say that the cleaner said they didn't do anything and that's that - then they will just ignore your phone calls and all I am left with is the ability to review and report online. Which is not a great way to spend my time but I feel wronged as a consumer who has spent a lot of money with this company. Totally unprofessional, and morally reprehensible. What they are doing is just wrong any way you look at it.
