One of my daughter's jerseys actually got torn, which is not ideal. So when I needed a tailor for this season's jerseys, there are 4, I put a post out on next-door asking for people who could refer a tailor they had personally used that was really good. A gentleman ended up messaging me and telling me that if I didn't mind a little bit of a drive, he could guarantee it would be worth it. It was about 17 minutes from the house, but given that I had four jerseys at $80 apiece to replace I couldn't take the chance using someone else. I brought the 4 jerseys and 2 pair of jeans that my daughter needed to have hemmed as well. They were super attentive, asked multiple questions to make sure it was going be done right and made a suggestion on altering 1 of the 4 jerseys a different way which my daughter was ecstatic about. Shetold me I'd have them in in a week! Wouldn't you know it the very next day I got a message about pictures for her team being in 3 business days. I seriously thought I was going to cry. So I called and explained my dilemma. Told her which jersey it was and said I only needed that jersey if it could be done on time. She told me to stop worrying, they can get it handled and to not apologize bc they were happy to help! Not only did they handle it, but all of my items were ready the day I needed to pick up the jersey for pictures. The stitching is wonderful. You can't even tell that the jerseys have been altered anyway, and the jeans have the same wide stitch my daughter liked on the jeans when we bought them. I cannot say enough good things. I will absolutely be making the drive for anything I have in the future. I'm also really excited because they do embroidery as well so I'm going to surprise my daughter by having her number stitched on her backpack for her.

Tammy Does NOT know what she's doing!!…read more First and foremost, Tammy did not flash my shirts. A screen printer flashes shirts before screen printing to keep the dark fibers of the shirt from showing through the ink. When I went to ask Tammy for a refund, Tammy said her shirts look that way because I brought her shirts that were 50% cotton/50 Polyester blend instead of 100% cotton. Having 100 % cotton shirts does not have anything to do with how a screen print job comes out. I told her what type of shirts I buy and she never said anything. "Well, I didn't know that you didn't know that!" If you see the shirts in person you could easily see that the quality of the printing was inconsistent. She even used 2 different shades of red. I told her that the "P" was cut off on my "Pice Be Steel" Shirt. According to her no one would notice. It looks like trash. The ink is super thick on some shirts, too thin on others... I had to add a band aid to shirts so that I can try to recover some of my money by selling them as defects. I asked her why my name was bleeding together on the sleeves and why it was positioned so high when I showed her what I wanted. She said that that's how it had to come out. She also said that her staff is trained to keep printing shirts even if they don't look right. I swear. She told me that my order was large and they were just trying to get it done. I asked her why she didn't just tell me how many she could make correctly! These weren't shirts for a family reunion, she gave me trash merchandise that I'm now stuck with. She also charged me a rush fee but never told me my shirts were ready. Every time I went to get my shirts no one knew where my paper work was. The box was literally sitting there, but Tammy didn't leave any instructions for my shirts when she went to Vegas for weeks at a time to shoot pool. It took me over a month to get all the trashy looking shirts she made because I happened to catch her there. Next time I will find a print shop that will tell me that they're having a problem with my order. A normal business would be too embarrassed to let these shirts leave out of their shop.
