Very happy with this place especially it being my first smog check. I called to see if it would be easier to make an appointment before I came in, they don't make appointments it's a first come first serve. There was no wait they took me in right away and it took less than 20 minutes! The best part was on the form you sign it says they charge $49.95 for the test and $8 for the certificate. They only charged me $40 for the test and $8 for the certificate! read more

I don't do reviews as often as I do before, but in this case I feel one more positive review will be beneficial. I went today early in the morning and I was in and out of that place so fast. They are efficient at their services, and they tell you the details about your car. It is a bit hard to find, but if you're coming from Oso take a right into the alleyways before Saticoy and by the apartments, and the location will be on the left. Overall, it was quick and easy on the wallet. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I got in quickly at opening no waiting! The test was quick, maybe 15 minutes tops. The Tech was pleasant and helpful. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with drinks available. This place is great! I drove right up, the gentleman came out and greeted me and my daughter. He had me fill out a very short form and then I sat in the waiting room which is the testing area. TV, water and comfortable chairs. Maybe about 8 minutes later, he came in and said I passed, I paid and I was done! He has some fun stuff on the walls to look at too. located in a row of mechanic shops on saticoy. Actually in the very back where you park. And before I get into details let me say I've experienced my fair share of shops that smog trying to upsell and get as much as they can from pre test/ re test/ repairs so on and so on even one that was willing to throw in a free oil change. (Nothing's free) lol anyways I parked my truck and walked up to the garage before even getting there Alex came out and greeted me. Very professional and from someone who runs a business and knows how important customer service is I was very impressed,To say the least . Usually that would be worth a review now a days in itself.
