They allow you to browse the store and start a fitting room. There's isn't much sales pressure and there is always a dedicated attendant to assist you with zipping up the dress. I felt comfortable and assisted in the right way when needed. I found a dress I was in love with, however it was in a rough condition. The sales lady tried her best to alter and steam the issue and even assisted with better pricing to offset the minor issue. I walked away and went for a coffee and browsed a few other stores, when I realized the way these dresses fit my body at this store is nothing like the other big boxed stores for straight and narrow body types. I came back and just purchased the dress immediately. Great help from Deana and her boss Reena.

The layout reminds me a bit like Sherway Gardens, expect the walkways-concourse ("hallway") don't loop around to the center. It is pretty easy to get around and find a particular store. Some stores (like Miniso, Sunrise Records, Garage, maybe the Walmart) at Erin Mills are larger compared the same ones at Square One. Also, stores and restaurants not attached to the main building are easy to get to (ex. Indigo, One Plant, IHOP, Dollarama, Pizza Pizza, etc).

I gently reminded them a few times when it was late and they kept reassuring me it was on its way. I received the skirt one week before the wedding and the top the DAY BEFORE. No apology - in fact they were rude and made it sound like it was my fault! It needed serious alterations - the zipper was cheap and flimsy and didn't work properly - when I pointed it out to the owner she accused me of deliberately wrecking it when I tried it on in their store - the gall! After being two months late with my dress - she not only didn't apologize but accused me of being a vandal! The proprietor is a complete crook and is mean! mean! mean! I had to find a tailor who could fix it (I ended up going to my local drycleaner on the Saturday of a holiday weekend, the day before my wedding, begging them to redo the wonky zipper and to fix the top which didn't do up properly). It was so stressful since I was getting married in less than 24 hours! We had no other problems with any other vendors - even my parents, who know how business can be done in India sometimes, were shocked at her attitude. Never go here - the proprietor is dishonest and mean. I have never had such a bad experience with a store in my life, ever.
