Not only did Julio have the right equipment to get my car from my garage (not many trucks can fit) and lift my car (with a Landrover it's hard because when the battery is dead I can't put the car in neutral) but he was so knowledgable about cars that he pretty much knew in 5 minutes what was wrong with my car. It wasn't the battery.... When we arrived at the shop he waited to drop my car until we knew they had availability to work on my car -- just so he wouldn't have to charge me more in case I had to go elsewhere. If that wasn't enough he drove me to my office down the street so I didn't have to get a Uber. Obviously I am not the only person who had such a good experience with Guzman Towing as while I was with him he kept getting calls from repeat customers. Bottom line -- Julio is great and Guzman towing is highly recommended!!

David has been very helpful in explaining the details of a specific issue and options related to resolving each. Also of note, David has been particularly helpful working with our extended warranty's getting covered items paid for under the policy which helps manage our repair costs. Intentaron ensuciar a mi familia. TO THE HISPANIC COMMUNITY, PLEASE STOP GOING HERE!! THEY ARE LIARS AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! If I could leave a review without leaving a star I would. Mr. Car is the worst place to car shop. They take advantage of the Hispanic community making them seem like they have wonderful deals and that no where else they can get an affordable car. They tried to do my family dirty. They made them leave a deposit for a car that wasn't even in their lot. To top it off, they told them their interest rate was one thing and when I came to look at the paper work it was almost doubled. When I went the next day they got super mad we asked for a refund. The Manger Byron Garcia told me to tell my parents and little brother to be more responsible, meanwhile they were right next to me. All because we did not want to go through with the horrible deal they made them. Then after going back and forth they left us upstairs for almost an hour meanwhile the manager and their sales people were in the basement doing God knows what. The manager then came up and told us we can get a refund but we had to pick it up at the Bladensburg location, which made no sense because we clearly went to the Gaithersburg location. After raising my voice Byron Garcia then got even more mad and told me he didn't need to talk to me because the deal was not made with me, but with my parents.

It needs a storyline too. Enter Sterling Auto Body Shop... If you've been following my Yelp reviews for a while (and I mean WAY BACK) you may already know I have serious BMW MECHANIC PTSD. Some of my earliest Yelp reviews document the foolishness. So when anything happens to my car, I'm already preparing myself mentally for another episode. Thankfully, that wasn't the case here. Antonio, the manager, was very kind, helpful, and actually listened to me. Now, he likes to tell STORIES. A few too many for me, and some of them weren't quite landing, LOL, but I could tell he was genuinely trying to make me feel comfortable and help me through the process. He gave me a thorough estimate, told me how long the repairs would take, and my car was actually DONE within that timeframe. No chasing people down. No mysterious delays. No "we're waiting on..." every other day. THANK YOU! They're also a BMW Certified Auto Body Shop, which mattered to me because, again...Mechanic PTSD. When I picked up my car, I had to give them their credit. My baby was looking BRAND NEW again! The body work looked great, and they cleaned both the exterior AND interior before returning it to me. Okayyyyy Sterling! After somebody hitting my car, the drama surrounding THAT, dealing with insurance, repairs, a rental, and everything else that comes with somebody else's mistake...I was just ready to have my car back. And I got her back looking GOOD! Thank you Mr. Sterling...
