Because of their poor communication and misleading scheduling system, I left work early for nothing and will now have to take an entire day off to accommodate their hidden policies. I can't accrue ample leave, so this is a serious inconvenience. Toyota, fix your scheduling system: 1. Clearly state diagnostic appointments must be before 2 PM. 2. If you offer a "Please Call Me" option, make sure it actually works. 3. Train your staff to see customer requests and follow through. I was shocked to learn that their most expensive model, a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country, was well under my perceived price range. In fact, they had many great models for good prices. If I were looking for a 4-door sedan I'd probably go crazy trying to have to pick the right one. Unlike a brand name dealership, there are plenty of options here: KIA, Honda, Hyundai, Ford, Toyota, etc. I only wish this location had more hybrids and electric vehicles. Kevin was our sales guy. Then he made sure the car was thoroughly detailed for us as he knew this was going to be a special gift. Finally, when it came time to ship the car, Mike was there making sure it got loaded ok and was safely on it's way.
