Easterns Automotive Group had the one we wanted and that's when I got in touch with Mike. Now I've been through the process of buying a few cars before and out of all the experiences I've had, Mike has done the most to make sure everything went smoothly and that we had an amazing experience. First, Mike made sure I was able to look over the Carfax and see if there was anything I might be concerned about. He didn't have to take the time to do this but he did. Then he made sure the car was thoroughly detailed for us as he knew this was going to be a special gift. When it came time to do the paperwork, things were a little more complicated because we were purchasing a vehicle out of state, but again, Mike was making sure we felt comfortable with everything and we never felt bad for asking questions if we had them. Finally, when it came time to ship the car, Mike was there making sure it got loaded ok and was safely on it's way. Now technically, Mike's job was done, but he wasn't done making sure our experience was the best. He was checking in to make sure the Jeep was delivered ok. Even though that wasn't his responsibility. He was genuinely excited to hear how my mom would react to seeing her Jeep and again, wanted to do everything he could to make sure she had a great experience. He even sent a card and called her to congratulate her! Mike went above and beyond because he not only helped make sure we were getting a beautiful Jeep for mom, but that she would get the kind of VIP experience that she would remember for the rest of her life. And that's not something you can necessarily pay for. It takes a special type of person who understands the value of relationships and that's what I came to see about Mike. He doesn't just treat you like a customer, he treats you like family. When buying a car from Mike, you feel like you're buying a car from a friend, someone who cares about you and is looking out for you. So thank you Mike! My mom will remember this experience for the rest of her life and we couldn't have done this without you. For anyone considering purchasing a vehicle, I would highly recommend giving Mike a call or stopping by and saying "hi!" Mike has such a gentle and loving personality, that I believe whether you end up buying a car from him or not, you'll consider the time speaking with him worthwhile. And if you're fortunate enough to get to know Mike to where you become like family with him, well that's the true blessing in all of this that goes way beyond the measure and worth of any vehicle you might decide to purchase.

    These guys are awesome! I was in the market specifically for a 2017-18 Ford Focus ST. I had looked…read morearound at a few dealers and found one at a Ford dealer in Falls Church, VA. The vehicle was listed with a starting price 2k less than any dealer within 300 miles. I was pre approved with my bank with a rate of 3%. To the best of my knowledge..that's a solid rate. The original dealer told me they could meet my number but I had to finance through Ford Motor Credit. I explained that I was content with the rate in recieved and was not looking to finance anywhere else but my bank. They wouldn't budge and the difference was only $1200 from what i wanted to pay and what they offered me ( without financing through Ford Motor Credit). So I thanked them for their time and got up from the table. Fast forward to two days later... I received a phone call from Idrissa Bah from Darcars. He was calling me back from a previous online inquiry I had made weeks earlier. I spoke with Idrissa about my situation at the other dealer and he asked if I could forward him all my info and he could see if he could help. Doubting he could get me a better deal, I still went ahead and sent it. Why not try at least, right?? Not even 2 mins after sending him my info, I received a call from Tavin, the General Sales Manager ( assuming that's what GSM stands for)..this guy is the MAN. He reviewed my info and not only did he meet my number but also said didn't have to go through Ford Motor Credit, my check was fine. I told him he had a deal! I went to the Darcars that night after work...lo and behold I'm the proud owner of a new Ford Focus ST! Everyone I came into contact with at the dealer was awesome. From Hillary, the online rep..to Idrissa, my sales guy....to Tavin the Sales Manager...and my guy Chico who handled all the finances of the deal. I could not have been happier. You guys made my 39mile trip ( one way) totally worth it! My next car will definitely be purchased from these guys!

    Only went here bc they were the only dealership within 250 miles that had the make, model and color…read morecombo I was looking for and they were a real pain in the a** to deal with. Via phone and text it was fine. We had some back and forth negotiations which was expected but the games started when I made the 2.5 hour drive to get the vehicle. They tried to offer me $1,000 less on my trade in than we softly agreed on via text because the AC was not blowing cold air bc I hadn't replaced the Freon in the 7 years I had the car. Then when I was going to financing and asked to break down the OTD price, miraculously they were trying to charge me $1,000 more than we had agreed on before I made the 2.5 hour drive down to the dealership. When I showed the guy the texts I had with the GM, he acted surprised and had the balls to apologize and say "this isn't usually how we do business" before we drove our car off the lot. Only reason they're getting 2 stars is because they were the only dealership that had the car I was looking for, and I love the car. But that has nothing to do with the goofs running this joint. If you're going to make the mistake of purchasing your car here, negotiate via text so you have a paper trail when they start playing their clown games.
